I had a consultation with Harriet and we discussed my hearing in depth. A hearing test was carried out and identified problem areas. A solution was provided and Harriet went above and beyond to get my hearing aids and fitting done before I went on holiday, even squeezing me a follow up appointment in the day before I left. Hear 4U warranty was longer than a competitor offered and Harriet arranged to price match the competitor’s sale price. A happy customer and a five star service. 👍
