"Conservatory roof replacement"

The initial survey was much more thorough than those by the other companies that I contacted and picked up essential work needed to make the roof replacement work.
The work team arrived on the agreed date, worked hard and carefully, and cleaned up well at the end. They picked up a problem with the plastering (caused by higher than expected temperatures), pointed it out to me and told me that they had already arranged for the ceiling to be re-skimmed the following week. This was done as arranged with the office staff and the work was completed to a high standard.

"Replacement lightweight roof"

We had a new lightweight roof installed on our conservatory and also on our porch.
We were pleased with the design and the standard of workmanship was very good. The men that did the work were very polite, consciencious and took pride in what they were doing and made sure that everything was to a good standard.
Overall we are very pleased with the results and even some of our neighbours have made complementary comments on the end result.

If I write a review it's because the service has either been dreadful or excellent. In this case it has been the latter - from start to finish Wetheralds fully deserve a 5 star rating, on top of many others.
Mark runs a very customer focused company and it was his professional and courteous manner that landed the job to rebuild our conservatory, together with the addition of a insulated solid roof. Danny and Darren were the 'A' team that came to do the work and both guys prove to be top class tradesmen. They worked through some horrendous conditions (the 2 recent storms) and didn't moan once throughout the job. To ensure they made up the time lost, due to weather conditions, they returned at the weekend to complete the project. They are both hard working, meticulous in both the building work and clearing up
afterwards; they both ensured that they checked with us first on several aspects of the work before going ahead with a fitting; no nonsense guys who get on with the job. Equally, the 2 electricians who subsequently installed the spotlights were just as reliable and courteous. Finally, I must mention Steph who is the company administrator and again demonstrated high standards of customer care, responding to any queries promptly and advice where necessary.
I definitely do recommend Wetheralds 100% for this type of work but understand they cover most aspects of building / refurbishment work.

we provided an area for the roof to be made which allowed the team do the construction quickly. Weather was dry which helped. The team of 2 were experienced ,pleasant &very efficient.Old roof off & new roof on in less than 3 days. Looks great. All old roof & surplus materials cleared & taken away after job completed. We are thrilled with the result.

"Customer service is pants"

They never relaid my roof tiles flat so my roof leaks. After care customer service is rubbish. Here I am again with a leak and 3 weeks after submitting a ticket and calling to chase I haven't had a response from them. Come on, is raining, I have had to turn electrics off again!

Paul was so helpful in coming to see us and do the planning, very knowledgable ! The work was completed by James and Danny and was of a very high standard, the guys were excellent.
