Brilliant. Our conservatory roof was replaced quickly, efficiently, and superbly, by three charming, hard working guys. Very very happy with both the installation process and the result.
Initially I was concerned about the effect lockdown may have had on the company. There had been a voluntary liquidation of a part of the company previously. However, my fears were totally unfounded. We can absolutely recommend Wetheralds.

From the moment I had an initial conversation with Wetheralds, nothing was too much trouble. My roof was an inconvenience to others, we were replacing a roof that has concrete tiles on it. For some companies the time that would take was inconvenient. A week was booked for the job and it was finished on the morning of day 4 by 10am. The guys doing the fitting were approachable and friendly and cracked on with the job. Steph was helpful in the office when I had questions. All rubbish was taken away and the conservatory cleaned afterwards. It looks great. I would recommend Wetheralds and I did have reservations after the bad reviews.

I wanted to write and congratulate you on such an excellent team that collectively make up Wetheralds.
From the very first contact via web chat I was impressed by how you immediately replied and fixed up an appointment with a surveyor to visit my home .
This site visit was absolutely brilliant. Friendly and professional with A reassuring discussion of building matters ,techniques, how to make adaptations, technical details and design and most importantly advice on choice of product best suited to our large conservatory. Communication emails were again prompt as was his discussion with structural engineering matters.
The construction guys, were delightful , so polite and very hard working from the moment they arrived. They clearly demonstrated excellent carpentry and joinery skills .
Nothing was too much trouble and again they kept us in the loop with some on site discussion about detailing etc. I had been particularly concerned about potential issues with a back gulley and our rain water and soil pipes that passed through the roof.
I needn’t have worried because they had all the building ,roofing and lead working skills and specialist fittings to deal with the situation and make big improvements on our previous construction by Amdega.
The logistics and provision of materials , ordering and collecting of scaffolding and a skip all worked seamlessly and like clockwork, but as anyone in business knows these things just don’t happen they need careful planning so thanks to your logistics department.
Lastly I must say how delighted I am with the construction and insulation materials used and particularly the roof tile chosen .
The workmanship has been first rate and the finished job has enhanced the use of this large conservatory living space ,it no longer leaks, it is cooler in summer and with all the internal insulation will be warmer in the winter, saving my fuel bills!
The works have certainly added value to my property and we are obviously very thankful that we chose Wetheralds to complete these works ,especially as you are professionally recognised in organising a Building Regulations Approval Certification which we will require when we sell our home.

"Had the roof fitted in 2017"

Had the roof fitted in 2017 - there has been a leak almost from day one. They attended early on to repair it but it has never been watertight. Now been waiting almost a month for contact but nothing.

Spent an age researching and found these guys.
What they have printed on their vans is exactly what you get. The quietness, the warmth when it’s cold and being able to use the space when it’s sunny.
The Team are courteous and diligent. The quality is 2nd to none. Biased? I am now. I have a gorgeous new conservatory with bifold doors.

Sean and Mark who renewed our conservatory roof are dedicated, expert craftsmen who work diligently to a very high standard. They
worked non stop the first day to make sure we were watertight on the first night and kept us informed through to completion. We also had our conservatory roof renewed at our former home by Wetheralds a few years ago and their remarkable reputation speaks volumes as we were so pleased with the work they did in our former home.
