Prompt delivery at date and time and delivery man was very kind and did not just plonk fuel off road on my drive but moved it much further which was really a bonus as I am not super fit and the plan of moving the coal from bottom of drive to coal House around 50 metres was scary but his help saved me from a lot of pain loved him fuel is good but staff are fantastic a little help means a lot to people who are struggling

Disappointed that the fuel seems to have a high moisture content as well as a lot of small particles if they were dry then I would describe as dust. This makes lightning the fire difficult.
