Excellent dry smokeless coal that burns well , delivery was quick and efficient.Would recommend and use again

I purchased this coal thinking was the same as last year. (it was in the same colour bag) Red
this is the worst coal I have ever had, there is a lot of slack (coal dust) with the coal, but more important, it makes twice as much ash, as the hot coal burns itself in the ash you have to regularly rake the fire,
because of this, its difficult to keep the house warm.
I have to empty the ash tray twice a day now, usually only once a day, so am getting at lest twice as much ash.
Can't wait to use it up, I hate it!!
on a plus side, this is the first time I have had a bad batch and the delivery is brillant and well organised.

Smokeless fuel burns with smoke. Be careful. I've been reported 4 times to the council over 2-3 year period whilst burning this stuff. Was advised to store it in the house to dry it off before burning it! How many people have room for a ton of fuel in their house which takes up more than a cubic metre? Seems that not all smokeless is created equal. If its damp then its not smokeless and that's your fault.
