delivery driver stacked all the coal bags in the garage for us. As two elderly people it would have been very difficult for us to transfer the heavy bags from the kerbside to the garage. Much appreciatyed.

Contacted by HOUSEFUEL regarding ordering to receive discount. Very helpful and order placed. Slight mixup about delivery date but soon sorted and fuel delivered by helpful delivery men.

This is an excellent fuel which gives consistent high heat output. I bought a tonne this time as it was a good price for the full pallet. Several of the sacks have had a fair amount of water on the fuel and there are quite a lot of broken pieces. This may indicate the pallet had some rough handling. However these are minor issues but stopped the highest review score.

Delivered quick,friendly helpful delivery driver.Bought Burnrite smokeless ovals in 20kilo bags.Just started to use ,ovals are good size,seem to burn well and low ash,give off plenty of heat.As I am getting older would be good if 10 kilo bags were available next year
