Excellent customer service. I would like to thank Joe for the best customer service I have received from any company. I bought my first snoozzzeee dog bed last year at a dog show and I think they are brilliant. Having adopted a new rescue this week, I went straight online to order a second bed. There was a slight error in the dispatch of my chosen bed but Joe rectified the issue instantly, I cannot fault this impressive service. Happily recommend this Company and it’s products to everyone who is looking to purchase good quality dog bedding.
