Oh my word what can I say about Snoozzzeeedog beds… fabulous delivery service, delivered when they said it would be, fantastic quality, washable , British made and above all my 2 Labradors absolutely love it! I would thoroughly recommend Snoozzzeeedog beds. Treat your beloved dog to one!,

"Worst customer service lied and extremely rude."

We went to the ardingly show in September and spoke to the gentleman that was on the stand about the beds and he told us you had a supply/delivery problem due to them being stuck on containers, but if we ordered beds in stock on the website then they would be in the UK ware house.
So I ordered 2 beds total of £140 plus £ 7.95 which were in stock on the website on the 2nd of October.
On the 7th of October I was sent a email to review the beds.
I emailed Sarah on the 8th stating I had recieved this email and that I hadnt even recieved the beds yet and asked where they were.
Sarah did reply on a weekend with a very long email explaining about them being stuck in a container yes she did offer a refund and was apologetic however when I replied saying I still would like the beds but felt she was misleading customers when the website stated they were in stock but actually they were stuck on a container, sarah didnt reply just refunded me, so I emailed asked why she had done this.
And this is word for word the reply
(I have refunded you in full. You want my beds but you insult me by saying we are misleading our customers that is a very degrading statement to make in view of my full explanation.
Please buy your beds elsewhere. 
Your arrogance is truly bewildering.

I was so shocked at the lack of customer service and rudeness.
She then sent this email.
We arranged on the 30th September to fly 8 cartons of stock in that customers like yourself had delayed orders or anticipated orders 
Please read “ANTICIPATED ORDERS”
The bed you ordered is a popular item so I anticipated not only your items but others.
There was no misleading here.
These beds have only just arrived today 13th October at Sarah's warehouse as she so kindly provided shipping details.
So when I ordered on the website on the 2nd of October they showed in stock and they were not! THIS IS MISLEADING!!!
Sarah has called me a liar arrogant and has said I have been taught a lesson.
Sarah seems to have a answer for everything like office hours not working the weekend back orders website not running live stuck in containers. The website showed the beds in stock when ordered and all of the week I was expecting delivery, on the website it gives you a delivery time and when your spending this amount of money you dont expect to be mislead maybe you need to upgrade your website and employ more staff to keep up and not treat other customers like you have us.
I have never known anyone be so awful towards a customer as my partner has already pointed out to Sarah people make mistakes but it's how you respond and deal with them that shows your maturity etc
I would never recommend this company the way Sarah has treated me is a disgrace all because she didn't like me telling the truth and couldnt admit her mistake!

"Very poor experience dealing with Sarah…"

Very poor experience dealing with Sarah the owner...was misleading and rude!! Also started sending insults over Facebook!!!

We went to the south of England show and were told by the person there the dog beds he showed us on the website were instock and in the country. This was after explaining most of there stock was stuck in a shipping container somewhere..
After ordering and waiting patiently for them to arrive we had an email from the owner Sarah asking for a review.
We replied saying we couldn't give a review as we hadn't received the beds.
We then got an email explaining that the dogs beds were in a shipping container and not in the country this is after being told that the ones we wanted were available and in the country to buy.
When my partner sent an email back explaining thats misleading the owner came back calling her arrogant and sent our money back saying we had insulted her and that her beds were exclusive beds that only she decides who she sells to and that's not us!!
Seems like they are very exclusive because unless your going abroad to get them out of a container you cannot buy them as there aren't any in the country to buy!!

After the insults and rudeness of the owner we felt the only right thing to do is put a review as that is what started all this and what the Sarah wanted!!

Update. Oh dear!! the reply form Sarah is no surprise and untruthful. She has been nothing but rude and this reply she has put out is desperate at best. Please read other bad replys she has on here and you will see this is a common trait in her replys.
It's shocking how rude this lady is and how she feels justified in insulting people. To insinuate I have been making up my complaint is desperate and childish. Just like being insulted by being told we were mislead by the person representing her company at the south of England show. To then reply and say I should expect retaliation to that comment is something I would hear from my 11 old child in the school playground and not from a business owner.
All this over her company's mistake and 2 dog beds...worth £140!! Very sad!!

Unfortunately so far I can only rate you as 1 star as I placed my order and paid in full on the 27th of September, but as of yet 1st of October I have had no delivery or notification of shipping.
But lucky enough you have sent out the review form promptly.
Disappointed at this for the price you charge.

"I bought one of these beds from a show…"

I bought one of these beds from a show about 5 years ago. It is well used by multiple dogs (as we had 5 gun dogs), and it is there go to bed out of all the beds. It is by far the best dog bed we have ever had in the 30 years we have had dogs. I’m amazed it hasn’t disintegrated by now like many of the others we have bought over the years. I bought another, not to replace the original as it is still in really good condition but to replace another bed we had which has expired. Will stick with snoozzeee dog beds from now on. Highly recommend.

"Superb Team, Excellent Quality……"

Met the Snoozzzeee Dog Team at Bowood House Country Fair last weekend and was amazed by the quality of their products and attention to detail. The Team themselves were welcoming and on hand to answer any questions we had. We walked away with a new dog bed which was an immediate hit with our German ShortHaired Pointer when we got home 👍 Thanks Guys, tremendous job.
