"The zoonee bed is fabulous"

The zoonee bed is fabulous! It is super squishy and comfy and my Bonnie dog loves her new bed. I went for a large and Bonnie is a staffie. She loves the high sides of the bed as they almost cocoon her. In the past I usually go for the oval beds from this company and they have been the only brand that have lasted. Really good quality and durable. I hope the new zoonee bed will last just as long…which I’m sure it will. 5 stars from Bonnie dog and I.

"5 Star for the ZOONEEE"

We purchased the new ZOONEEE bed for our dog Bonnie. We got the large and it is perfect for her. The bed is so thick and squishy! She loves it and it almost cocoons her as the sides are high.
We have always purchased the oval beds from snoozzzeedog from shows and have loved them ever since our diary purchase. They are very well made and long lasting and I hope the ZOONEEE bed last just as long as the others. 5 stars from Bonnie and I.

Well what can I say about Sarah, Joe and the team at Snoozzzeeedog, once again they have come to the rescue after my German Shepherd pup chewed and removed the zip on her brand new lounger. Posted out another cover saving the day. Not the first time they have saved the day, meeting me at motorway services, whilst on my way to France, to drop off a new bed again following my other Shepherds delight in chewing her lounger when she was a pup.
Their product is superb and have been dealing with them for over 20 years. Thanks guys 🐾🐾💜🐾🐾

"Outstanding Product, *Amazing* People!"

I’ve been buying Snoozzzeeedog Beds for such a long time, they’re a ‘must have’ in our house. The quality is always exceptional, the beds really are built to last. I’ve seen the styles change as the company has developed, and they’re one of the very few companies where the quality and materials are getting better and more cleverly thought out with every bed I have.

My dogs adore their beds. I have 3 English Springer Spaniels who lead a very busy life. The beds don’t get an easy ride with us, they’re bashed about and tested to the limit with the spaniels. They cope with everything thrown at them, they’re not just pretty, they’re so durable and built to last. They always come up brand new on the rare occasion I’ve washed the ones I could fit in the washer. I wouldn’t buy anything else, I love the new styles and updated styles and the colours - they look great in our house.

The thing that really stands out with Snoozzzeeedog isn’t just the quality and value for money of the beds, it’s the most amazing, kind and true dog lovers who own this company. I’ve met them on numerous occasions as I usually buy from shows (I like to look and feel before I buy things!), and I just love them! Their love, excitement and care for their products shines through - and they absolutely love dogs, and listening to you about your dogs and what they like then helping you to choose the right bed for you.

A company I’ll never forget, always use, recommend and rate so highly. Absolutely fabulous and they deserve people to take the time to write reviews, because we don’t often say how great people are - and we should 😊

"I adore these dogs beds"

I adore these dogs beds, they are the best dog beds I have ever owned. I originally brought two about three years ago and they are still going strong and look as good as the day I brought them. Which considering I used to do home dog boarding speaks volumes for the quality of the product.
I recently purchased the deluxe donut for my puppy as we were having sleep issues with him and he sleeps right through the night now.
Thank you Sarah for producing such an amazing product.

"Frustrated"

I ordered and paid for an extreme waterproof dog bed from Snoozzzeeedog at Paws in the Park in September 2022. We were told it would be delivered within 3 weeks. We waited about 5 wks before contacting Sarah to get an update. I was told there was a delay but we should get it within 2 wks. Again I waited three wks before I contacted Sarah again and she apologised and said she was certain they would be delivered in 2 wks. When this time had passed I again phoned Sarah to be told they had lost my order. As a way of apology Sarah sent me some items free of charge and assured me my bed was being flown in. Two weeks came and went, I was offered a bed (not the one I ordered) as an apology just before Christmas. I had no choice but to take this as my puppy had outgrown his original bed. Sarah again assured me that I would still receive my original order the first week in January.

It is now the 10th February and I have sent three text messages requesting a refund with no reply. I think I have been more than understanding, I appreciate that there are delays but this is now ridiculous. I have never received any communication unless I have instigated it.

We have a bed for our older dog and it is brilliant which is why we wanted another one. I feel really let down and would like my refund.
