"Zooneee bed - Love it!"

Bought a “zooneee” bed from their stand at All About Dogs show and couldn’t be happier with it! The owners were so lovely and chatty about the products, talking me through the different beds - more than happy to let my dog try out the bed first and get comfy so I could find the best fit for him! It fits so well at home and he is definitely a lot happier!

Outstanding service and communication from first point of order.
Great choice of styles and colours,machine washable and tumble dry too!
Delivery within 48 hours.
Would never order anywhere else and our dog loves.
Especially comfortable inners for older dogs joints too!

Sarah and Jo are very friendly helpful people, their dog beds are Tops.
My dogs love their new bed so much they race to be first on it when l let them in and in the morning they hear me coming down the stairs to let them out usually they get up,not now! I have to tell them to get up.That says it all ‘they love it’

"Amazing products... their service needs to match it"

The day before yesterday I gave this company a 1 star because their service recently has been dreadful. They have now restored my confidence by calling me, finding a suitable replacement product for the one I had ordered which is not in stock and giving me another item free of charge in recognition of inconvenience caused.

We have been buying Snoozzzeeedog beds for many years but in 2023 their service has been disappointing to say the least. I see they have had a couple of poor reviews recently and I really hope they can now turn things around because their products are genuinely the best in the market and I will be buying from them again.

Very disappointed. Communication was poor. None of my attempts to call were answered. Original estimated delivery was w/c 13th March. After countless attempts at calling, emailing and messaging on social media we finally received a response on the 20th March. Only then were we told that the dog bed we ordered was out of stock (not notified prior and still listed as being in stock on their website today). They asked if we were happy to wait a week, we said yes. After said week we were told 10 days to deliver. Having waited more than 10 days there was still no sign of the bed nor it being in stock. After then asking for an update, I was told there still wasn’t a bed available so requested a refund. That has come through, so we’ll now look elsewhere.

This company seriously needs to consider their communication with customers and also adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not. It is currently not good enough.

The quality is goed ,as dogs tend to destroy lesser quality product's,rather quickly .snoozzzeedog products resists the heavy use of my dog.

"Excellent bed for working German Shepherd"

I purchased an Xtreme water resistant bed for my working German Shepherd about a year ago. It has been subject to severe use as the bed has been in the rear of my car meaning it has had to contend with a 30kg GSD constantly jumping on and off it. The outer cover is easy to vacum and wash when needed. No complaints from Rose on long jorneys. It is extremely well manufactured. I am so impressed with the quality and longevity of the bed that I have just purchased a second bed for the kennel. I have finally found a brand of dog bed that ticks all the boxes and is rugged enough to stand up to the rigours of working dogs. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
