"Where will the Aventa take you?"

It has been a great pleasure riding the Aventa lately as Summer is approaching. Whilst I was expecting some delivery delays, the order arrived and took longer at customs than expected. My box also arrived slightly damaged due to the carrier and as a result one of my lights was not working. The Furo Team was super helpful in sending out a replacement part the very next day, and I was all set to go on the road. So far I have done 120km of total distance on it, and each km has been fun. The bike and accessories are made with high-quality materials and I expect the bike will hold up very well for the years to come.

My first Ebike & very impressed to say. Very good customer service, kepted up to date with delivery constantly through out..
Replaced a part that wasn't in the box With 48 hours..
Performance is really good for my first ebike you really notice the pedal assist.. I'm no light weight & I've managed to get 36 miles out of the battery..
The only thing I would improve is front suspension, but apart from that very satisfied..

"After at least a years worth of…"

After at least a years worth of research I settled on an Aventa Max and it has delivered in spades.
The company were great, the only let down was the carrier UPS.
I'd still buy another but would only go ahead if I could choose the carrier.

"Aventa"

Bought the Aventa: took roughly 2 months to arrive, and arrived damaged (probably by UPS) - the box was ripped open from the top and beaten up - the UPS delivery person said the bike was just eager to get out and be ridden! Wasn't amused lol.

Got in touch with customer support via email with Emmanuelle, who was extremely professional and shipped out replacement parts promptly.

The bike itself rides great - smooth and easy to handle - very nimble around my busy city streets. Easy to assemble too. A true joy to ride.

My only grievances are that you cannot raise the handlebars, and that the power bar for the battery can be slightly hard to interpret - would prefer a simple numeric percentage to show remaining power.

All in all, very happy with FuroSystems and my purchase, and slightly let down by UPS.

Vélo commandé et payé totalement à la mi mars. Livraison promise par la société début avril. Depuis deux mois et demi,on me balade avec un retard de production, une nouvelle usine à construire au Portugal, une livraison via l’Angleterre et toujours pas de vélo. S’agit-il d’arnaque ? J’ai bien reçu deux courriels mais toujours évasifs promettant la livraison...

Delivery took a long time and when the bike arrived it had been damaged in transit. I appreciate that this was the delivery company's fault and Furo Systems are doing all they can to rectify the issue. The bike is an excellent machine! I haven't used it much yet but look forward to returning to cycling at an age when I thought I would never ride a bike again. High quality machine, well finished and comfortable to ride. Easy to assemble on arrival.
