"Finalmente è arrivato il mio scooter…"

Finalmente è arrivato il mio scooter monopattino fuze.
Ci ha messo più di 6 mesi e ho dovuto pagare a UPS corriere l'IVA più il dazio per la dogana (246 EUR) ma comunque al momento sono soddisfatto del prodotto.
Sono fuori misura è fuori peso ma è tutto ok ! Bravi

"this is my second review to the company…"

this is my second review to the company after the receipt of my furo x just before Christmas. I previously gave a worse rating because of the uncertain long wait for the delivery. It was half a year of a wait. bike works well. hard solid. the best brake i have ever come across. power me up the hill nicely. its a bike for people who live in hilly areas. otherwise, i dont feel beneficial as such riding on flat roads. a storable foldable bike but i dont see it that portable. it doesnt fold perfectly but ok. it's still heavy for some to carry around. it will be much better if the bike can be wheeled around after being folded up. the saddle doest fit me well hence i have to replace it with another one. i m confident about the bike. the upgrades the bike could have are shock absorption, concealing of some of the cabling, and post-folding portability. it will be better if the company is being upfront with customers about the half a year lead time, instead of stating couple or few months.

"Furo X around the world"

3 month wait for the 2 bikes was well worth it. Constant updates not a problem with our world as it is! The quality is as i had hoped which is impressive to me as a Toolmaker and CNC machinist of 40+ years. "Love my FuroX"

Firstly - 5 stars for communication and customer service. This company are friendly, prompt and helpful in all their responses. They warned there would be a wait, but continued to reply to my every nail-biting email.
Secondly - 5 stars for design and use. The Furo X is worth every moment of the wait. It's a very lovely bike, an absolute joy to ride, sails up hills, folds easily and takes the bumps on the estuary cycle path. I'd need to do some weights training to make lifting look as easy as in the promo video, but can get it in and out the house easy enough.
Thirdly, five stars for value. The bike cost more than I could afford, but you're only old once and with luck the high quality carbon fibre will outlive me.

"Great e-bike."

Great e-bike.
Really good quality, ready to go out of the box with minimal assembly. Fantastic performance and really good to ride.
Minor gripes - why not incorporate the lights into the main battery like every other e-bike? Poor quality pedals - first thing I did was upgrade them.

Hi, today I received my scooter, it is gorgeous and very powerful, I ordered it on 17.02.2021 and today(24.02) it arrived via UPS, it is worth all the money and they use the 50 pound discount with the code tech_50!

"Très bon vélo le Furo X BREXIT COST"

Très bon vélo le Furo X. Très bonne relation clientèle, réponse rapide et efficace.
Néanmoins très mauvaise surprise , depuis le BREXIT.
Vélo commandé fin août en France , livraison prévue fin novembre puis reportée pour mi décembre pour raison de covid. Finalement livraison mi février donc après BREXIT et surprise UPS me reclamme 346 Euros de droit de douane ??? C'était pas prévu car la livraison initiale et même le 1er report était prévue avant le BREXIT.

"Unsafe and damaged products terrible customer service"

I ordered the Fuze scooter and it took about 3 months to arrive and it arrived damaged had another one delivered and was also damaged. I took it for a ride to test it out and the handlebars were not straight they were off angle and did not feel safe to ride at all. Also the wireless fob keys did not power the scooter at all only the alarm worked but who is going to use an alarm on a electric scooter. I called to return the damaged scooter and they refused to pay the shipping cost to send back a damaged scooter which they sent out. Don't use furosystems cheap parts used for the scooter to cut corners definitely not a safe product to use and customer Service is terrible sent out damaged product and want you to pay to send it back.
