The scooter is absolutely amazing it has been build and designed very well. I have looked at other models and they were not up to the standard of the fuze. I love the Bluetooth locking key system.

"Worth the wait!"

I've had my Furo X Max for just over a week now, well worth the wait. Understandable & unavoidable why it took so long. Quick & easy to set up, it's pretty intuitive but the You Tube videos were nice & informative as reassurance. The cable connector between battery & dashboard had disconnected where the cables are taped up in front of the handlebars, easy to re-connect once I'd figured out the issue & worth taking just a little extra care when folding the handlebars to make sure the cables don't catch. It has gone straight into service as my commuter bike & works brilliantly. 8k ride each way which includes a short train ride under the Mersey. Very easy to negotiate lifts, escalators & short staircases at stations & on & off trains without having to fold up. After lockdown I'll be back on the ferry so it'll be even easier. The folding action is so easy to complete to allow storage once at work, small enough to sit in the corner out of the way behind my desk. Motor power is well distributed in different modes, I live at the top of a very steep hill & it's a joy to sail up with no effort! My only gripe is the rear indicators, can you really say you'd trust a motorist to spot that little flashing arrow rather than the expected hand signal! Much too gimicky, just add a proper rear light please, plus the very small rack bag I've added completely obscures it anyway. It's not worth knocking off a full star because the rest of the bike is so good. Overall, a very happy customer, thank you!

I'm really pleased I waited an absolute age to get my Fuze scooter, due to both Covid and Brexit delays, not much that could be done though.

The quality, robustness and value for money are excellent. The scooter js very well designed and strong. Becaise of the size of the battery its not light, but it is much lighter than others with similar size batteries. You can still lift it though

I like the fact that the handlebars fold down, much better for carrying/storage.

Alarm is really loud which is brilliant.

It is difficult to release the locking system to fold the stem, which is a good thing in one way, but awkward, you have to put the wheel against the wall then push the stem forward to release it.

Customer service very, very good. Always happy to answer your calls and queries and were straight forward when asked question about delivery delays.

"Great scooter, great company"

I have had my Fuze scooter for a year. I had to wait a while to get it but I knew that when I ordered it. I really like the scooter and it is the best i have owned, good range, good quality and reasonably fast.
My only issue has been screws becoming loose but this has been easily solved with a drop of loctite on the threads. After a years use the scooter is as good as new.
My communications with Furosystems have been really good and they have responded quickly and well to a few queries regarding delivery, spares etc.
I hane no regrets about choosing the Fuze or about buying it from Furosystems

"Furo FX foldable bike"

After my previous negative feedback, i feel like i need to re-write my review. I ordered the bike on the 8th September 2020 and after consistently chasing, it arrived on the 9th February 2021. I took the monthly payment plan for 6 months that worked out well for me, as I could pay off small amounts. I have my doubts, thinking that delivery was timed to deliver after the full amount has been paid off.
The actual bike is brilliant. It looks and feels so sleek. It comes pre assembled I just needed to attach minor accessories. I've done my first trial and oh my it felt so good. Feels so steady and secure. The pedal assist makes it so easy and effortless to ride uphill. I would give it 5 stars but as i went through so much anxiety thinking this was a scam and losing all this money i had to give it 4 stars.

Boy did it take much longer to arrive than expected , but I can say that the wait is worth it .the bike has exceeded my expectations and now looking to order another one for my wife , I can only hope deliver is a bit quicker.

"A really fun bike to ride."

A really fun bike to ride.
It took a while to arrive (thanks to the global pandemic) but since my Furo X Max was delivered I have really enjoyed riding it. Setting the bike up out of the box was very simple and the hinges on the frame and the handlebars lock in a satisfying, solid manner. I hadn't ridden an electric bike before so there was a slight learning curve getting used to the boost from the motor when setting off but it didn't take too long to feel comfortable riding and setting the appropriate combination of the gears and power settings for the road conditions. So far my favourite thing about riding this bike is flying up hills with little more effort than when I'm on the flat. Almost makes me look forward to going back into the office just so I can ride the bike some more.

when this business is over i will forget about this company everything forever. for the fourth month I received the same copy-paste email from them for all my questions. "You'll get it at the end of the month!"
