I used to have a FreeGo electric folding bike which took me many miles on varied terrain but was insanely heavy eg to get onto trains or even into car boots. When it died after 4 years I looked carefully at lighter alternatives including Brompton and Hummingbird. I settled on Furo Max - good reviews and value for money. With the pandemic it took 4 months to arrive but well worth the wait. Excellent build quality and lightweight. Very easy fold. A couple of teething problems - the battery with a faulty switch was efficiently replaced. The small battery in the indicator sender needed replacing but thankfully a spare is included as standard. Rides brilliantly - powerful boost even on the lowest setting. Great service and delivery updates from Furo HQ.

Dear all,
I believe all your reviews how good this scooter is, so I did order one.
Unfortunately waiting for it for 3 month now, maybe more.
Delivery date was changed from 5 weeks to over 3 month, in like 3 times, with different excuses.
I only recommend a collect in person!!!
We are in month 4. still no scooter in the house.
Sad times continue. 0 trust whatsoever.
NEW update:
the stock is out of Customs, all passed.
now its 1-2 weeks to do the delivery with in the country by UPS. I try to organise a personal collection lets see if is possible. I would drive anywhere right now in UK just to get this sorted.

Order the fuzemax back in early October. Was suppose to be here by end of October but still no joy. This company is a messed. Will get refund if not here in next five days. Do not recommend dealing with this company

"Beyond a joke"
Beyond a joke, waiting 3 months on a scooter, updates nearly as bad as waiting on the scooter, got it on a 5 month payment plan. I think it may be paid out before I receive it. I ordered it back in September for a Christmas present which was to be here late October, then November then latest 7 December and now after the 21st of December. they are blaming covid but everything else I've ordered online this year has arrived within a few days of estimated delivery dates.
I've been waiting this long on it now is the only reason I'm not cancelling it. but I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company, there are same scooters for cheaper and in stock.

J’ai commandé mon vélo furo X en juin. Nous sommes début décembre et je n’avais pas de raison de m’inquiéter- seulement de prendre mon mal en patience (...) il y a eu beaucoup de délais et un début de panique... Depuis ce message, j’ai eu quelqu’un au téléphone qui a pris le temps et aussi reçu un no UPS...j’ai finalement été livré et les gens de Furosystems ont répondu très rapidement.
Le vélo est très bien!!!! Ouf!

Really love the scooter!! Great design, very fast and durable. Very comfortable on the road. Feels like I'm gliding with front and rear suspension.
