"Disappointed"
I haven’t even had my Furo fuze scooter for a week and the whole top part has come off and it came off while I was riding so I was honestly so lucky to not have seriously hurt myself. I paid a lot for this scooter and expected premium quality and that I did not receive. I also had to wait about 3 months for the scooter so that’s another downside.

"Great first experiences"
Although I now have the bike and initially it looks great; its arrival coincided with a surgical procedure I'm having, (which has been delayed by Covid). So it will be a few weeks before I'm using it daily. I will be better placed to fully review it then

"Fuze with 500+ miles"
I've got already over 500 miles on my Fuze. This scooter is one of the highlights of 2020. I use it for absolutely everything and couldn't be happier
Unlike some of the other comments my after sales experience has been great. I've been able to always communicate and solve even my smallest questions and problems.
Tips for new buyers:
1. Constantly check on bolts BUT don't tighten them too much. You will strip them! (I learnt my lesson but the guys at Furo were able to sort me out)
2. Get yourself a helmet. This thing is quick
3. Get yourself a carry bag to attach directly on to the scooter to carry your charger around
4. Take some time to test the Range/ limits of the battery. I personally know I'm able to go full power (on the quickest setting around 12-15 miles) and over 25 miles on the second setting. This really varies based on weight, inclination and weather.
5. Give it a wash now and then, it can get messy after some rainy rides . (Some wet microfiber towel does the job)
6. Enjoy! This thing is great.

"my fuze scooter"
Okay its arrived.....very late and that's the gripe.
I understand the issues with COVID etc and to be fair to the company they have kept me up to date /answered everything promptly and honestly BUT they need a new delivery system. The present one is awful.
Even since the scoot got to customs [delayed there; Not Furo's fault] it took UPS a week to deliver it to York; I could have walked there faster!! They want shooting and looking at this most of the bad reviews relate to delivery times and if I were their CEO I would be looking at massively improving this part of the business as its letting them down
The scoot itself seems well made and robust. It goes well but one of the remotes had a dead battery. Ok little fault but should be checked at factory.... the little things end up being big things!!
so lets see what its like after say 3 months using when I will review again BUT FURO sort out your delivery system IF you want customer loyalty

"The bike is great"
The bike is great. It just took 5months to arrive!! Bike arrived really well packed and in perfect condition, plus spare batteries, straps - no complaints.
The bike goes really well and with 5 electric assist speeds riding is quick and simple. If you peddle too hard the front wheel can lift but you soon learn that this is not a good idea. Breaks are excellent and you need them as this bike is quick but could do with another gear.
No regrets and the wait has been worth it.

"Vélo électrique Furo-X"
Nous avons reçu notre Furo-X avec beaucoup de retard en raison des difficultés liées au confinement, mais cela valait la peine d'attendre. Le montage est facile et bien expliqué, et le vélo fonctionne très bien.

"Good product with some letdowns"
The product is really good but a few things really let it down.
1) Customer Service- this was NOT good. The bike ended up being over a month late for delivery. While I totally understand that COVID is the b*****d of all b******s, this was used as a blanket excuse without any communication. I got one email explaining they were running behind but from there, nothing. When I called to check up the staff on the phones were rude and dismissive and blamed all issues on UPS... Not a great tactic. More transparency and communication are needed along with staff that have a better affinity with talking to customers.
2) The bike is advertised as coming fully assembled (aside from a few easy bits). When I pulled it out of the box the handlebars were the wrong way round. I had to take it to a bike shop to help me fix this as the screws were so tight on the computer and gears that I could not do it myself manually. The guys at the bike shop also struggled with this.
3) The indicators- on the first day they worked but after a week they only flash once and then turn off so currently kinda useless. Not sure if this is a malfunction so will be asking...
4) Rolling it along when folded is not easy at all it could use some design improvement here.
All in all the bike is great so its a shame these things let it down a bit. My main issue is the customer service though. It did not leave me feeling particularly confident about how I will be treated when the bike needs fixing or upgrading...

"Communication a bit slow, bike very fast. Great buy."
Delivery was rather slow, as was the communication. When you order something as special (for me, anyway) as an electric bike you want to be regularly updated as to its progress in manufacture and delivery. I had to prompt with a few emails but did get an answer eventually. The bike did arrive a bit late, but I had been notified of the delay. The tracker didn't work either which was a bit frustrating.
However, when it did arrive it was SUPERB My husband, a design engineer of some repute, was very impressed and now wants to order his own. It rides beautifully, better than expected. Lightweight, powerful and looks really stylish. Great buy.

"Finally got my scooter yesterday"
Finally got my scooter yesterday. Charging it today. Set it up and was going through the on board computer. I’ve noticed that pressing and holding the mode button show a blue light icon. What does that do?
Also spent around £100 on accessories and wondered if there was a site or anything where I could buy accessories to customised the fuze max. I could only find a site for the slim foot board scooters.
Also, the power button on the key fob doesn’t seem to work. The online instructions says that button isn’t used. Why is this? And last but not least. If I was to set the alarm, leave it parked up at work and someone was to set the alarm off, does the alarm continue to go off until I turn it off? Also how would it affect the battery?
Many thanks.
