So I ordered a scooter back around the beginning of July after 2 weeks there was 0 communication from the company. I emailed them asking them whats going on, only to be told they were expecting shipment of the scooter in Late August. There was NO mention of this when ordering. Why a company is selling stock they actually don't have without explicitly stating its a pre-order is beyond me. So I decided to wait for it. 6 weeks later nothing from this company so after a few back and forths with them via email they then said its coming in September. I got fed up of waiting and decided to cancel my order and request a refund. You would have thought that would be the end it. But oh noooo 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for this refund and all they keep saying is the refund has been processed. Well obviously no it hasnt..... do yourself a favour and don’t order from these people the whole process has been a shambles from day 1

"All round Good Performance"

Although there was a delay in shipping my E-bike, this was to be expected due to the Pandemic. The delay was explained to me by Furo, I was kept up to date and all queries were quickly answered.

The wait was well worth it and I am really pleased with the looks, specification, performance and, above all, fun of my Furo E-bike.

"No back light"

The Furo X seems well thought out and well specced. That's why I'm so surprised that it has a front light but no back light. I find it bizarre that having indicators was prioritised over having basic lighting especially as the lighting kit that comes with the bike doesn't include a back light. It's not a deal breaker and I eagerly await delivery of my bike but perhaps Furo Systems can enlighten us with their rationale for picking indicators over lights

I wanted a folding electric bike to fit in the back of my MINI, the Model X does that but only just. Around town I feel fairly safe as it's quick off the mark and the brakes are like hitting a solid wall. The front light is a bit of an afterthought though and should have been integrated into the bike along with the front light.
Arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. All in all pleased with my purchase.

Well I ordered in May and delivery was July! Fairly typical forChinese sourced bikes. There was no confirmation or order no as I used Splitit. The staff seem excellent and helpful when telephoned so much better than Bangdang.

I purchased the fuze over 1 month ago.
Initially been told that the delivery was planned by August, now I been told that I will not receive my fuze before late September or October.
I had to cancel my order and get another escooter of another brand that will be delivered TOMORROW.
Very disappointed by this company absolutely waste of time.

"I love it!"

I am in my late 50’s, somewhat on the heavy side, live in a busy and crowded London and tend to only need my hybrid car once in a while for the odd jaunt to the countryside. My 40 minute commute into the city would have been on the Northern Line but with Covid19 lockdown I realised quickly that things would have to change. Google tells me it’s a 40 minute commute by bike also so nothing lost. Instead of sweating on the tube I wouldn’t need to sweat on an e-bike.Two months later I received my Furo X. It was straightforward to set up and get going. I tried it on Hampstead Heath, being careful to only use it on cycle paths and it was a fantastic experience: it assisted me brilliantly up the steep slopes and managed the gravel and holes with comfort. I dinged my bell and walkers actually thanked me for being a considerate rider and keeping my speed appropriate to the level of people traffic. The bike was easy to control at slow speeds. Needless to say when you haven’t had a bike for 30 years you need to make adjustments: I had to retrofit a comfortable seat and acquire some bike pad underwear just to make a rugged ride less sore... but I know that will pass. (But let’s face it I would have had that problem with any bike). You also need to invest in a Gold Sold Secure ground anchor, chains and D Lock as this is a cool bit of kit. I am a big strong bloke and the folding mechanism works well but it is still quite a bulky beast to carry if you are not used to it. I made a 1 metre Velcro strap that allowed me to bind it better together for carrying. I also managed to rig up a GPS tracker hidden in the frame and security etched it. But the key for me is that I can store it in a small space at home (definitely a city bike made for small apartments). The key for getting people comfortable with using bikes again is to have assistance to get up to speed - often the hardest part of riding a Boris bike - and this does it for me. Once over the 15.5mph speed you are on your own and frankly that is fine - as I am happy to move into the top gear. The gear ratios are sufficient - it’s not a racer so 9 is good enough to pull my weight and as a commuter I don’t sweat at all. The indicator is a bit of an add on gadget that isn’t easy to see whether it has switched off in bright sun...but it works well if you don’t fancy putting out your arm. Brakes and gear system is good quality and what I would expect. One thing I think important- the wheel size: they are big enough so that you feel like you are stable. Smaller wheels just don’t feel good enough for my big frame.... the Furo X is perfect in this regard. It’s the right balance of portability and riding efficiency. I love it.
