"Furo X Max...very pleased"
Just received my Furo X Max. It took a while but that is totally forgivable in current circumstances and communication has been excellent throughout - great customer service. In general I am very pleased. It is a great bike: looks and feels well made/engineered, comfortable, relatively light and very efficient to ride and fast (even without the motor). The electric system delivers plenty of poke and the adjustments/controls are good but I have not properly tested the range yet. The bike folds easily and quickly and has fantastic range on the seat and handlebars (I am 6 3). I am probably being mean not giving it 5 stars but have a few niggles: at this price I would like the power delivered by a torque sensor, the indicators seem like a gimmick and I would much prefer simple front and back lights run off the main battery (note despite claims of a “Complete Lighting Kit” there are just indicators and no integrated rear light). Finally I would make the bike more highly geared - I can’t see me ever using the bottom gears but maybe this is just personal preference.

I've been refused a refund. The scooter is too fast for my son and im now being refused a refund on the grounds of their returns policy of which i was not made aware of when i purchased the scooter.
I'm now being ignored by the company as i have stated my online consumer rights to return the product with in 14 days of receiving it and I'm being told their policy over turns european consumer law.
Now escalating this to a PayPal dispute.
If u do buy one which u will have to wait 2months for like i did, use a credit card or PayPal so you can cover yourself.
Didn't expect to be treated like this especially when i had to wait for so long for it not to be suitable for my son. No company morals or respect being given.

"I am over the moon with my new Fuze"
I am over the moon with my new Fuze. It will give me my mobility back when I am able to come out of shielding and will mean I am able to be out and about without stopping every 5 mins to get my breath back. The company kept me informed of the delays encountered by COVID-19 and the delay was worth it (even just looking at it). August 1st can’t come quick enough!

I was very happy with the helpful customer service, I was happy with the Fuze Max as it performed very well. However when I ordered it, I had to wait for quite a while to receive it but it was worth it!

"eScooter extremely well made and fully spec'd"
eScooter looks extremely well made and comes with all the bells and whistles (a horn in this case). Suspension is excellent and acceleration is great. Battery life looks to be good with on 1 in the 10 indicators going off after 5km. I have not done any long trips yet to check if this was an accurate reflection of full range. Waited a lot longer than I thought for eScooter to arrive which is why I have given it 4 *.
