They currently have my package in their Auckland depot. Since it contains alcohol (which I already checked on their website is allowed, and I am well under the volume limit), they say I cannot send it via their website but I have to email them about it. I have sent now three emails to the support address, none of which have been responded to. It's nearing the 30 day limit since they received my package, and I'm not sure what's going to happen to it since they seem to be ignoring me.

My parcel arrived half hanging out of the bag. I contacted you twice before leaving feedback but you couldn't be bothered even responding.
Edit: they claim not to have received my correspondence, but it all went to the exact email address that they list on their site for customer enquiries, from that exact site that they put in their reply to me . So that sounds like a Jetkrate problem, and quite a large one.
