Absolutely fantastic service from this company. I wanted something from New Zealand and they didn’t ship to Australia. I found Jetkrate online and was sceptical but decided to give them a try. My parcel arrived with absolutely no issues and in record time. I will absolutely use them again and totally recommend them. 5 Stars!!!

My ordeal started back in early Nov when I made my first attempt to use their service. After waiting for few days (AUK - KUL), I received my package (15th Nov) but upon opening it was someone else's (Expecting a bag, received bedsheets)
I was assisted by a helpful CS staff that eventually located that my bag travelled all the way to EU by mistake and was mixed up when they were sorting it. I requested compensation in order to buy the limited edition bag again while stocks last but was denied (more cost effective for them). The bag was a gift and it being in its original packaging and sealed was the utmost importance to me. The process of locating the bag and bringing it back to NZ took another 2 - 3 weeks. CS staff was kind enough to share photos to verify my bag. Unfortunately the seal and packaging and bag itself was already tampered with and opened.
My ordeal is still ongoing. Its a month since I've engaged their service and my bag is stuck at customs due to tax duties, something I've already paid for but Jetkrate is still not coming to an agreement with customs (maybe they are refusing to settle any payment on my behalf) Customer is left waiting.
End of the day, as a customer i've been failed the core service of receiving my item in its mint condition (as sold and packaged by seller) and having to wait 1 month for the express DHL service I selected that was a within 7 day delivery. Sorry but the 20% off the next time I use your service is not enough to cover the mental ordeal for this. Compensation requested was immediate reimbursement in order to buy the limited run bag (while stock lasts) and reuse Jetkrate to fulfil it to me.

I haven't received my parcel and I can't seem to get the tracking info to work.
I still live in hope that my parcel is just slowed up in the pre-Christmas rush and that you've sent me the survey question too early.
UPDATE: My parcel has now arrived, slowed by the pre-Christmas rush, as suspected.
Received excellent care and response by Jetkrate. Great customer service.
Would definitely use them in the future.
