"Surprised how easy it was "

To be honest I didn’t think it was going to work - a package forwarding company but it was very easy to set up and nothing complicated about it. You buy products in NZ or UK - the company gives you an address and each product you buy, you send to them, they can combine and send it on to you. Very easy and what a smooth process. Would recommend and definately will be buying more in NZ! Thank you! Great experience!

Finding an item that really speaks to you is a great feeling, being hit with reality when shops don’t ship overseas, I found Jetkrate and that little problem went out the window! The system they have is brilliant and incredibly easy to use, the team is quick, efficient and friendly! I can’t say enough positive things about this company, I just used their services to acquire an item color not sold in U.S. retailers and it was perfect, DHL is taking care of the rest after Jetkrate facilitated the logistics and package hand off, couldn’t be happier and the price is always nice!

Firstly, the pricing for your services seemed disproportionately high, especially when compared to other delivery options. This aspect significantly influenced my decision, and I believe reconsidering your pricing strategy could benefit both the company and its customers.Secondly, the repacking process was not up to the professional standards I expected. The items received showed signs of mishandling and inadequate care during the repacking phase. This aspect is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the products being delivered. Lastly, there appeared to be a disconnect in communication, as my attempts to convey specific instructions or concerns were not adequately acknowledged. Listening to customer feedback is vital for providing a service that aligns with their expectations.
I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that my feedback can contribute to enhancing the quality of your delivery service.
