I found it difficult to navigate without a phone consultation and was unsure How to fill in online some things . It took an hour to put in the cost of the purchase. Once the package was cleared to forward to NZ the delivery was very quick and efficient.
I hope to reorder in a couple of months and hope I find the process easier.

Everything was so straightforward and simple compared to all other mail forwarding services I’ve used. Jetkrate doesn’t require you to jump through hoops to verify yourself and offers easy payment options. I used it for the first time and received my package in the expected time.

Never used a parcel/freight forwarding service before but surely will in the future. JetKrate made the process simple from initial signup to addressing, regulatory requirements, shipping and billing. As a US resident needing periodic mechanical part support for NZ goods, this has opened a new avenue for me. Don’t get me wrong, the service is premium and priced accordingly, but service DOES match their product and in this most recent case, saved me much more in total than directly purchasing parts domestically in the US.

Was able to buy from a vendor in New Zealand. that does not ship to the USA. Received in a timely manner. Packed well. Ship to Label was quite faded. But package did get to its destination.

Jetkrate was great - fast and accurate. Accepted my parcel from the store and zipped it into the international mail. The postal system, however, is another story. Parcel tracking doesn't work, and I have to assume the package is out there somewhere, wending its way to me eventually. Maybe Jetkrate should take over the postal service.
Post Script: Package was mailed pronto by Jetkrate Sept 6. Postal Service FINALLY delivered it in mid-October. Have faith.

"Exceptional service"
I used the concierge service of Jetkrate to organise a purchase in NZ. When the item was delivered to Australia, it was not the correct item - it was a square version rather than the round version ordered.
I referred back to the original order and could see that Jetkrate had ordered the correct item, however the supplier had sent the incorrect model.
I notified Jetkrate and the staff there were exceptional - they liaised with the supplier and organised delivery of the correct item.
I couldn't have a asked for better service.
