When I made initial contact I had a pleasant conversation however when trying to make contact after that emails were repeatedly asking for information or calls and I was told how busy they were on several occasions (giving me the feeling of hurry up).
This can't always be the case when you are unwell.
I was asked to complete a questionnaire before my appointment. I did. Then spent the appointment watching the physio read through the questionnaire. I felt that this should have been done in advance.
I was given a second appointment free of charge, I'm sure because of the lack of time on the first visit.
I explained to the instructor that after 2 strokes I felt nervous about the assessment.
I was told there are a lot of people worse off than me.
After 2 strokes, heart surgery and a looming looming hysterectomy this may be the case but is not constructive or supportive to me.
I am very keen to progress physically and mentally but it will not be with a team that seem keen to sell, seem too busy for me and my current situation.
Being prepared and really listening to the client would improve this service.
