"Pain alleviation to my chronic Achilles tendon injury Summer 2024"

I had suffered pain in my left Achilles tendon for 9 months and could get no relief nor the full flex in my left lower leg and was despairing that after NHS input nothing was improving and in fact was deteriorating. After my first visit to Life Fit Wellness in Falkirk I could feel improvement thanks to shock wave treatment and sound advice on combining exercises and rest appropriately. After my 2nd visit I gained further strength in my Achilles tendon and the lower calf muscle and after my 3rd visit I managed my healing myself thanks again to the expert advice I received geared to the right balance - from my own pain indication as my guide coupled with the right amount of exercise. The one to one interpersonal exchange was excellent thanks to the particular member of staff I was allocated for the 3 visits. His knowledge and understanding of my problem was what has led to my now (99.9%) full recovery in the space of just over 3 weeks since my last visit. I will always retain the information I was given by Life Fit Wellness and be very grateful. I will not hesitate to re visit them if I so require. The best of care and service. Thank you
