I needed some advice and help about my running and trying to stay injury free, also with some niggles in my back. Morven saw me and give me a personally tailored strength trainning plan and loads of advice. Morven listened to me and addressed all my issues and explained how I could improve and achieve my goals hopefully being injury free. I was really impressed and felt like I was in in expert hands. I am looking foward to improving and getting stronger under Morven's supervision. I would recommend Morven as a physiotherapist.

"Terrible experience"

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I do not recommend them for shockwave or physio. I saw Morven for a post shockwave physio appointment on the 12th November. Up to that point I had been doing well. Morven pushed me far too much with exercises that were far too difficult for me. I said it was sore several times but was ignored each time. It is very important to load the tendon gradually! As a result I have hardly been able to walk at all for over 12 weeks. I’m at a loss at what to do next. I paid over £600 for this treatment and I’m worse off than when I started it. They are refusing to help. They couldn’t care less. They just come up with excuses trying to cover themselves. It has been a very distressing experience for me.

Stewart Kerr at Life Fit Wellness was recommended to me by The Hampden Sports Clinic, who are also an excellent service! I can't recommend Stewart highly enough. My visits to the clinic has been a positive experience, from the comfortable surroundings at the clinic, the friendly and welcoming reception staff, well equipped clinical rooms and high quality care.
I have suffered with bilateral frozen shoulders and achilles tendonitis for months, and was beginning to lose hope that I would ever be able to run again. Stuart immediately put me at ease, and explained that he could help me with both. For my shoulders, I have had hydrodistension and steroid injections, and already notice a huge difference in my range of movements. I saw Stewart again yesterday, and had ultrasound guided high volume stripping injections in to both achilles - the whole procedure was explained in great detail to me, and was unexpectedly relatively painless!
There was also alcohol free mulled wine and mince pies kindly provided by the lovely reception staff...
I highly recommend this clinic, and they are a very worthy 5 star service.
