"Very bad system and customer service."

Very bad customer service, I placed the order through the ios mobile app. Payment did not go well. At the end of the payment page and order details disappeared while switching to the bank OTP code. Then they called me and sent the payment link, and payment proceeded and success. But they were trying to deliver to my old address. Unfortunately, i tried to call and make it delivered at the designated time but they kept saying they were trying to deliver to the entered address. There is a serious error in the app and causing a lot of waste on customer's value. I don't recommend this store to buy anything online.

"Everything went wrong and no one even cared or followed up!!!!"

I’ve had a terrible experience, followed by a terrible customer service! While mistakes happen, an intentional act of not following up after several calls is literally unforgivable! The order was meant to be sent at work between 1-2pm (working hours) and ai paid extra for the 1h delivery slot. Instead by 4pm nothing was sent, I had to follow up with several calls to make you realize it hasn’t been sent. Finally it arrived at 5, someone called my partner and told her about the “surprise gift”! And made her wait at work for an extra 20min to receive it! The succession of mistakes is really unacceptable! On top of that I called to complain, someone took my complain and never followed up. I called twice again and the same thing happened. I also tried to contact you in DM but no follow up! While mistakes happen not following up on the complain is even worse and shows that the company really doesn’t care! It’s been a terrible experience full of mistakes and intentional “No Customer Care”!

WORST FLORIST EVER,THE FLOWERS SHOULD ARRIVE IN CERTAIN DAY AND TIME AND I PAID THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR THAT AND THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL ON THE DAY THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED.SECOND DAY,THEY SEND ME ANOTHER EMAIL THAT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER IT AND THEY WILL DELIVER IT SECOND DAY WHICH MY FRIEND HAS ALREADY LEFT THE COUNTRY FOR HIS HONEYMOON.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM

My Daughter had surprised me with Flowers for Mothers Day…
The flowers were half dead and dried when they arrived to my place, my daughter was furious when she saw what was delivered , for what she had paid… they sent a replacement which was equally bad. It’s 2 days and the flowers are dead and been thrown out. Really unacceptable and will never use this company again

Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered cupcakes and balloons to be delivered to my sister in Abu Dhabi for her birthday (ordered from Ireland). Delivery was on time and items were exactly as pictured on the website. Will definitely use this website again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
