For every request they have issues as if i owe them something and its a punishment to make an order

I always order from theflowerstore.ae they are the best, they cant deliver now due to lockdown i am also locked

"Horrendous service"

Horrendous service. Avoid!! They delivered the wrong present to my friend, that’s not even the issue.......when I phoned to enquire, they didn’t care, then they blocked me. Absolutely disgusting service.

Very poor service, they charged extra to deliver as per customer's requirement but did not deliver as request. Also, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend for anyone since there are many reliable companies available to deliver the gift on time without extra charges.

The most unprofessional delivery service I have seen in Dubai. Suppose to deliver flowers on someone’s birthday. Did not deliver and stopped answering phone calls also. Money taken and no product delivered . Steer clear

"Very disorganized"

Very disorganized, meant to deliver my gift on Valentine’s day but didn’t happen till the day after, asked to deliver after 3 pm at the on the day after Valentines after multiple calls and conversations, they still delivered it without notifying the person ( which was supposed to receive a call 10 mins before), and delivered in the morning when no one was to receive the gift! So disappointed, never use this service again.
