"Horrible experience"
I was so much disappointed with service received.
I wanted to surprise by friend who got newborn baby and wanted to send her flowers, first thing confused me, that customer service refused to send me photo of the actual product I have ordered and suggested me to ask my friend to send me the photo once she receive it. Was sound super unprofessional, I basicaly bought something from the photo only.
Then I selected the time for delivery from 7-11pm, however the flowers didn't reached my friend, the delivery man came and call her with repeating word "grossery" , "grossery" and my friend answered that she didn't order anything. The delivery man didn't speak any english, and instead of calling me to inform that my gift can't be deliver they just cancel it with email that receiver didn't respond which was a lie!

"Bad experience"
I ordered a cake with card at 10 am from (delivery in 60 minutes section)
And to complete the order i must to choose from two choices morning or night so i put 6-17
They received the cake at 17:45 and without any card

Very bad experience with FNP ae. Delivery boy was very rude. Also they didn't wrote anything on cake even though the message was given. And also Message note was not same as we written.

I had a midnight delivery on 7th march between 23-23:59hrs.
the team didn’t even call me and did not deliver my item I had to call their contact centre many times to talk to one agent and they told me the operations team will give me a call.. after 12.30 I got a call from Mr. Nadeem who told me the item can be delivered within one hr or tomorrow morning and telling me that I will get a refund of my delivery charges..
I’m suppose to get my delivery charges first a fall the team ruined my surprise which I was planning for my husband.. and I told him to send me the item between 6-7am as my husband will be leaving to Abu Dhabi again he is calling me and telling me can’t deliver in the morning and only before 5pm he can deliver.. I told him to deliver it then within one hour as he said initially, again he is calling me and telling my driver is not available and can deliver only 2mrw before 5pm..
So sorry to say you need to inform your team members to be little more professional and do not cheat customers like this totally ruined the plan and not trying to rectify it properly. This should be your top priority and not at all bothered about someone’s emotions and telling me if you want to collect it to go to his store.. I will be posting my experience with fnp in all the social media platforms which Mr Nadeem told me he doesn’t care about it and he told me I have all the rights to talk about consumer rights.. thanks for the wonderful service and ruining my surprise and our beautiful day. I have a small kid and in the middle of the night I’m coordinating with ur team and without no consideration people are just giving excuse if you are continuing your service like this don’t think how longer we can see fnp in this competitive world where they don’t value their customers..
I have put a feedback in fnp site and Mr nadeem told me his manager will give a call back still now there is no response from any of them and the item is not delivered yet, I'm trying to call their contact centre waiting for hours and no one is picking up the call. If they are so buy why they are promoting this midnight delivery services and one hour delivery services.
How unprofessional never ever recommend FNP to anyone.

"AVOID this company"
I wish I had read these reviews prior to ‘hoping’ to surprise my sister on her birthday with this company.
Placed the order, when it arrived it came with some other random persons name on the cake board written in red jelly. Looked so cheap and wasn’t even my sisters name. Then they have the card which was still in cellophane but had a separate card with the message all grammatically wrong and a blank white cardboard.
Contacted them from the UK via WhatsApp and they haven’t resolved the issue. Won’t rectify or send complimentary flowers which they keep saying they will nor do they respond. When they do, they pretend like they are talking to a new customer. Refund they won’t even hear of. So I will be disputing with my card provider. As service was dire.
Update: the company did try to make it right and delivered complimentary flowers to my sister. I suppose it all could have been avoided but we are all human and mistakes happen.

"The cake didn't look at all like on…"
The cake didn't look at all like on their homepage. The message was written carelessly on the cardboard instead on top of the cake.
I picked it up the warehouse. Instead of having it wrapped so no dust would go inside it was just loosely closed.

It's really a pathetic service I ever seen. This is the first time I ordered in FNP and will be the last order as well..
If you guys are not able to deliver the gifts on time, please do not accept order.
I had ordered a week back, but still you have not ordered and even you guys never tried to inform the delay.
You spoiled my Valentine's day. Shame on you guys
Definately I'll not recommend you for anyone.

"The flowers and presentation are great"
The flowers and presentation are great. However I took away 3 stars due to your delivery services being way behind your competitors. Half the occasion was ruined due to bad delivery timing. It feels like this company is not capable of handling global occasions. (I am in Dubai and paid extra for Express delivery and still faced a bad delivery experience) Until then I am taking my future business elsewhere.

Never expect they would deliver on time. Ruin your surprise with FNP, my order was supposed to be delivered from 5pm - 11pm . They delivered at 12:23 am . Tried them 3 times always the same

"Worst service!!"
Worst service!!! Don’t recommend to anyone, they confirmed that my order will be arrived before 5 pm, right now it’s 8 pm and I’m still waiting. I had a plan to attend an event by this time, but I’m just sitting and waiting for them to arrive! Ridiculous!!! Moreover, they have increased the delivery charge, looks only for the Valentine’s Day, which doesn’t make sense if they can’t even deliver on time!!! Disaster, don’t order from them !!!
