The hamper wasn’t really up to the expectation as the flowers came a bit gloomy ( not quite fresh ) and the size of the hamper was considered on the smaller side.

"Terrible"

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.
Ordered a cake three days ahead for my Son’s 1 year birthday party.
Received an SMS confirming delivery by 12 noon on his birthday.
12 comes and no cake.
Customer service says it’s because the flavor needed to be confirmed.

Why they didn’t call after the order was placed or the day before, I have no idea.
They were present enough to send WhatsApp messages confirming a delivery time but couldn’t ask for a flavor confirmation there at all.


In the end, no cake for the party.
