"Special day ruined - Terrible Experience - No Support!"

Ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day, and they sent the WRONG item. Completely ruined the surprise. Tried reaching out to support multiple times, but no response at all. Unacceptable service, especially for a special occasion. Avoid this company if you actually want what you ordered!

"Worst FNP Experience in Vday 2025!!!"

I have been ordering from FNP every Valentine's Day since 2021, trusting that your service would meet my expectations. Unfortunately, this year has been another major disappointment.

I placed my order on February 11th, ensuring it was well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues on Valentine's Day. However, as anticipated, the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The flowers never arrived, and after making over 1000 attempts to reach your customer service, I finally got through, only to be told that the issue was with your warehouse or delivery courier.

This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I no longer trust that FNP will deliver on its promises. I am requesting a full refund for my order. Not only did I lose money, but this mishap also led to personal consequences – my wife is extremely upset, and now I'm left outside, sleeping due to the fallout.

I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues moving forward. My trust in your service is gone, and I would appreciate a swift resolution.

"very bad service"

very bad service, I have order flowers for San Valentine day and they have delivered it the following day with no advice. when I called the call center on the 14 in the evening asking to cancel the order they said "yes we'll refund you" then they delivered anyway on the 15 and now they don't want to refund. Stay away from this company

"Placed an order for a special occassion…"

Placed an order for a special occassion and on the day their phone was off the hook all day. the gift was never delivered on the day
it seems to me that a gift company that does not understand that delivery ON THE DAY is fundamental to gifting, really should not be in that business. Explanation - technical error and offered to refund the delivery charge - but not the gift price. i would not recommend them to anyone - in fact i would STRONGLY advise against using them at all. Seems like a lot of people have had similar experience to me - bit of a red flag

"Disappointed is an understatement"

I am very, very disappointed with my recent experience with FNP. I wanted to surprise my wife this Valentine’s Day by ordering flowers and having them delivered between 6am to 5pm on February 14, 2025. It’s now 6pm in Dubai and still my order has not yet been delivered. I ordered online from the Philippines. This should have been a wonderful surprise for my wife, instead it became an utter disappointment. I tried tracking my order; however, it always came out as still being processed. I filled out their complaint form several times, and I still didn’t get a reply. I’ve asked friends in Dubai to call the shop hotline, but they won’t pick up the phone. After several tries, someone answered the phone and told my friend that they cannot deliver the order then hung up!!! What?!?!?! These actions are from the so called “Leading Florist for Gifts and Flower Delivery in Dubai, UAE” (copied from their website). What a joke!!! FNP was recommended by a friend from Dubai, but after this experience I wouldn’t consider availing of their services again. I want a REFUND!; however, I do not know how to process it since I am in the Philippines. Valentine’s Day is ruined, Thank you FNP!!! As of this posting, my order has still not yet been delivered. This company needs to be reported to the relevant authorities.

"The worst experience I ever have during…"

The worst experience I ever have during my 15yrs in UAE with customers services
Today I received valentine’s box totally different from the one ordered for me as it was a surprise, and they don’t wont to send the right one , the asked me to go to collect myself otherwise to wait 2more days to receive the right one
The box I received is missing frerro chocolate and the flower is totally different and the design itself
Really very bad experience, u spoiled my day and ruined the surprise made

"Poor service "

Their app said 6am to 5pm delivery time which is why I paid them. 2 separate orders supposed to go to same address, 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter. The order for my wife after a million followups only came at 9pm. The order for my daughter was never dispatched.

Very poor service and I definitely won’t ever use them again

"Useless, useless and useless"

Placed order earlier in the week for 2 gifts for my wife as a surprise.
Delivery time was between 6am and 17.00pm so had the the delivery arranged to her workplace.

She stayed late inunder the pretence that I will pick her up. Unfortunately by 19.00pm the delivery had not arrived.

No updates, or messages advising or giving updates. I rang number of times line was either busy or they put the phone down. Very unprofessional.

Totally unacceptable.
I've regularly used FNP but this time they really let me down. F@cking amateurs.

"you will be disappointed "

Valentine’s day is over, till now iv not received the gift my partner sent .. he had to send me the tracking number.. iv called , they hang up, they eventually picked after 50 tries, said they will call the driver and call me back, that never happened.. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY

"I placed an order for flowers last…"

I placed an order for flowers last night at 11:38 PM and selected the delivery slot for today, the 14th, between 6 AM and 5 PM. The order was confirmed, yet as of now 1856 PM, there has been no update on dispatch or delivery. I will not recommend anyone to buy from FNP
