"Terrible customer experience - cancelled our xmas tree order 3 days before xmas"

We ordered a fresh xmas tree a month ago to be delivered on the 21th of December. 10 min before delivery time they called and cancelled the order. it is such a poor service, apparently they had known for 15 days they were out of stock, if they had told us earlier at least we would have had time to find another. When I asked for the manager I was told that he was not available. Really can't recommend this company

"We placed the order last Wednesday"

We placed the order last Wednesday, December 11, after confirming with your team that the item was in stock. We promptly arranged the payment and requested delivery for Wednesday, December 18.

However, the following series of events has left us highly dissatisfied:
1. No Delivery on Scheduled Date: We expected to receive the tree on December 18, but it was not delivered. Upon following up, we were assured it would arrive before 5 PM. The time passed, and still, no delivery.
2. Repeated False Promises: After further follow-ups, we were promised delivery on Thursday, December 19, between 6 AM and 5 PM. Despite our repeated follow-ups, the delivery did not happen. Promises were made for before 12 PM, then 5 PM, yet no tree arrived.
3. Out of Stock Notification at the Last Minute: After hours of follow-ups, we were finally informed that the item was out of stock and that we would receive a refund. This last-minute notice is unacceptable, especially with Christmas around the corner. Had we been informed earlier, we could have made alternate arrangements.
4. Unprofessional Blocking of Numbers: Shockingly, every mobile number we used to follow up was blocked, leaving us unable to get updates. A total of four numbers were blocked, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

This experience has been nothing short of the worst service we have encountered. It is not just about the undelivered tree but the sheer lack of communication, repeated false promises, and blocking of our numbers. If your team had simply informed us earlier about the unavailability of stock, we could have planned accordingly.

We expect a full refund immediately and an explanation for this behavior. Rest assured, we will not be using your services again, and we will share our experience to ensure others are aware of the level of service you provide.

"Disappointing Experience - Disconnect with customers emotions"

I the receiver was asked to share my raging on recent experiences; as of yesterday received a birthday gift from my sibling, who selected the ‘Amazing Sister’ package from FNP. While the gesture was thoughtful, I was quite disappointed with the execution. The package included a frame referencing the month of ‘October,’ even though it was December at the time of delivery.

I understand that my brother may not have specifically requested a different frame, but as a gifting company, FNP should understand the emotions tied to such products. These are not off-the-shelf items but rather fresh, customized packages created for special occasions. It’s reasonable to expect that your logistics team would ensure the delivery aligns with the occasion and recipient’s context.

At the very least, the team could have contacted the customer to confirm such details. Given the title of the package, enclosing a sibling-themed frame would have been more appropriate than a mismatched date.

FNP’s business revolves around catering to customer emotions, and experiences like this can leave a negative impression. It feels like the focus was solely on completing the transaction (A sending to B) without attention to the sentiment behind the gift.

Worst experience. They do not send what they actually have online. And then send some bad quality completely different cakes. Do not order and ruin your celebrations.

"Horrendous "

If you're looking to be embarrassed at any occasion, simply order a cake from FnP. They have a remarkable talent for delivering cakes only after the event has ended. The level of failure in their delivery service is truly unimaginable. This kind of service is frustrating and disappointing, especially when you're relying on a timely delivery to make an occasion special.

"I have used FNP.AE twice so far"

I have used FNP.AE twice so far, as my daughter lives in Dubai. They are very professional from start to finish. The email you when you place the order, when its ready and when it has been delivered.

"Pathetic"

Pathetic. They take a fixed time delivery order. Take additional money to do fixed time delivery. Miserably fail to deliver. Want to deliver later even another. Since flowers are for a special person and or special occasion it defeats the very purpose these were ordered. On top of that they refuse to refund the monies. Suggest avoid them. Find a local flower dealer

"I would not give even 1 star"

I would not give even 1 star. Horrible experience.
It was a surprise for my father who was undergoing a treatment and they ruined it. I paid full amount and they did not deliver the cake. From 1 week I am trying to reach them but no use. Either the chat option doesn't work and when it does they take complaint and the same day close the ticket without solving it. This is happening since a week. Never order anything from them as they are scam. I am still waiting for my issues to be solved. I will be raising a serious complaint against you people especially the customer service is good for nothing.

"Poor and disappointing balloonsI ordered a set of balloons including…"

I ordered a set of balloons including some with helium for my friends birthday. When they arrived they looked great but a couple of hours later they had deflated and looked awful. I am extremely disappointed with the balloons and the customer service when I told them about it. I would not recommend them.
