"Absolutely disappointed with FNP"
Absolutely disappointed with FNP. I used to be a satisfied customer, but their recent service through CostumeR Service has been a nightmare. After receiving flowers that looked nothing like what was advertised – tiny instead of the promised large blooms – I reached out for a resolution. However, the customer service was utterly inadequate, unable to offer any solution. It feels like dealing with amateurs who lack basic understanding of how to provide proper customer service. Avoid FNP at all costs – they're a disgrace.

"Very Bad customer service "
I did not fully expect them to be this bad and do not care at all about customers' opinions or their satisfaction!!!! You pay a lot of money to make someone you care about happy, and then you find bad customer service. They do not understand anything about what it means to win a customer and gain his satisfaction..... I bought a gift from them for my mother, and I did not like it at all when it arrived. I tried to reach them more than once, and they do not respond to emails. I sent messages to them by phone and they finally responded by saying, “No, I cannot return it, and I cannot get my money back.” I told them repeatedly that I did not like it and it was not worth its price. I bought something for 250 dirhams, and its value is barely worth 30 dirhams!!! I tell them I want to return it. They say no. I say no. If they send another one, they say no. If this is fraud and theft and I don’t like it. They say sorry but we will not do anything. Extreme lack of interest in the customer and his opinion. I do not advise anyone to buy from them at all.

Terrible experience, i won't recommend ordering anything from fnp
You pay extra for expedited delivery and you follow-up multiple times and order gets delayed by several hours
Not only this, i have tried them couple of years back and they delivered wrong items and ironically the items ordered were more expensive than the items delivered
Avoid !!

I am deeply disappointed with Fnp.ae for failing to deliver my order on a special occasion. Despite promising a Red Velvet Photo Cake and 2 Layer Lucky Bamboo for my brother-in-law's birthday, they abruptly informed me they couldn't deliver today, ruining the surprise. "Delivery problems "
They absolutely can't handle the delivery! I ordered flowers 4 times and all 4 times I had to chase them to get the flowers delivered. They charged Express Delivery and did not deliver on time. I spent all day on the phone to get the order out...and it arrived at night. Don't order from them.... never. Totally Not recommended!

I ordered 12 roses and chocolates ,for delivery on 14th Feb .
They did deliver the flowers.But instead of 12 roses there was only 11 and no chocolates .
I emailed them about it.
They eventually messaged black,apologising ,saying they had run short of the chocolates I ordered .but they will send a replacement and give me a 15% off voucher for the next order .
I agreed .4days later. Nothing has been delivered ,and no communication at all.
Trust me,stay well away from this company. They will disappoint and spoil your special surprise and day .
Obviously all of these glowing 5 star reviews are fake .being very disappointed is a under statement !!

Terrible expieriance, didn’t deliver, didn’t respond to follow ups and then said they could deliver two days after the date despite charging express delivery. Amazing how many five star reviews on here from people with only 1 review! Thier tag line of “we deliver on time every time” clearly is an aspiration rather than a culture!

When someone orders a gift for a special occasion and end up not getting it, what else could be said then it's a scam. Shame on them
