"Extremely Disappointing Service – Unresolved Delivery Issue and Unhelpful Customer Support"
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery and service provided by FNP. This is the first time, out of many orders with them, that I have experienced such poor service. I placed an order with specific delivery timing instructions, which were promised by FNP. However, my order was not delivered within the expected timeframe, and I am left deeply disappointed.
When I contacted customer service to request a refund due to the delay, my request was rejected simply because the order had already been placed. However, it is important to note that the delay was not due to any fault of mine. They failed to meet the agreed-upon delivery timing, and now I am being told that I have no right to a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, FNP is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake and is not offering any resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I can no longer recommend their service. Their refusal to accept fault and offer a fair solution shows a lack of accountability and customer care. I will be reconsidering my future orders with them and advising others to think twice before using their service.

The worst customer experience ever, If there was a -100 rating I would go for it.
Very disrespectful attitude towards customers, ordered an apology gift and it was delayed due to incompetent delivery , and to add insult to the injury they sent a delivery complete confirmation 2 hours before delivering which put me in an awkward situation thinking that my gift reached already . All due to the carelessness and shameless attitude of the delivery worker. When contacted the customer service, they made it even worse and only offered a delivery fee refund ,instead of correcting the inconvenience and acting promptly to send another delivery or whatever , and I spent two hours contacting them to no avail. as if peoples occasions were meaningless.and when I returned their order, they blocked my number , and I had to call from another phone number and initiate an order to get to the customer service again....!!?
If your occasions mean anything to you , stay away from this shop, as they can carelessly and shamelessly ruin your important occasions.

"Very Bad Experience"
I ordered a small cake and 3 pieces of balloons to be delivered.. As in the site its 1 hour delivery i select between 10-11. I received 2 balloons at 10:55 without the cake and 1 baloon is missing then the delivery guy left without letting me know what happened and it got me so frustrated. It ruined the surprise I had planned.. until the time I called on what happened is the time they told me tge cake get damaged and they have to change it.. knowing I paid with the delivery charge. I got my order in partial and completed it at 12:15 where it supposed to arrive between 10-11 as per my order. I got charged full with delivery.

What a disaster. Used to be great but just lost all credibility
Failed to make a hospital delivery. But ne,t day they made a delivery to the same person.same location.
What did they do?
NOTHING.
I SEE THAT THIS CUSTOMER DISINTEREST IS WIDESPREAD.
never like this in the past but they are now too big to care.

"Shit service"
The service was absolutely terrible. We ordered decorations for a birthday, and they arrived late. The birthday person showed up before they did, and they ended up setting everything up right in front of her, ruining the surprise. The service cost 2000 dirhams.

"Ordered one thing, received another"
We ordered a 10ft christmas tree, almost 2 months in advance and experienced nothing but problems. Firstly we were told on the phone that delivery was expected 1 dec, but once the order was placed this changed to 11th. We could live with that. However what we can't live with is the fact that on the day it was supposed to be delivered they simply called and informed us that the tree we had ordered was out of stock and we could either get no tree and a full refund or a smaller tree with a ridiculous refund down to the original price of the smaller tree (so they lost nothing by treating us like this). How can a preordered tree be out of stock? There should be a tree with our name on it. All in all, not the way you treat loyal customers, we used them last year for christmas tree and throughout the year for flowers, cakes etc..... Well never again.

I wana write coz three days late still my order is not deliver out for item only 1 is deliver 😫 which pathetic and disappointing no phone call no email they are responding which even more frustrating I paid higher side amount on 17 Dec birthday was on 23rd Dec dubai city order they are unable to deliver...I need how can u complaint uae I wana really sue them....

"Birthday ruined "
First note that I'm giving them 1 star because if not I can't make the review. But they deserve 0.
They totally ruined my wife birthday I make order (flowers and chocolates) to be delivered at my wife work, time slot 5pm to 6pm and I requested not to call her unless is extremely necessary as my wife is pianist and I requested go directly to her at the hotel lobby. But what's happened was that the delivery guy was calling my wife at 5:17am when we was sleeping. The delivery guy was at the lobby hotel at that time for do de delivery. I complined and they in FNP apologies and said they will take action and this will not happen again and they they rescheduled for the original slot (5pm to 6pm) even when the surprise was totally ruined.
But what's happened after is to Jo believe. 3pm Other delivery Guy was calling my wife again to deliver the gifts, when my wife explained that she is not at the hotel the guy try to deliver the gift in my house. So I call them again and the same history, apologies, blaming the delivery guy, actions to take, complain to be raised. But the truth is impossible trust they are unable to follow easy instructions even when you pay for it.
Very disappointed.
UPDATE: 6pm they call me to inform that the order is delayed. I can't take it any more and I canceled the order.

Apologies, but it’s truly frustrating that the online system only allows placing an order when the message appears, yet it pops up repeatedly without any available time slots. This is a poor service. I’d recommend others not to waste their time.
