"Enjoyable Cabin Experience"

I like the Fireplace and they provided the woods,Also the Hot tub so relaxing,and many indoor games both adults and children in our group enjoyed.The price of the Cabin is affordable especially it’s holiday week.The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to downtown/village and Big Bear Lake.We enjoyed our stay in the Cabin, Thank you so much.

"I know that this cabin will have some…"

I know that this cabin will have some use. But door locks on bethroom doesn't work, water on badrooms in some badrooms only works the hot water and, the hot water is super hot way more than 140. The neighbors are very very delicate with noise so I understand why this cabin is for sale, and
we were celebrating Christmas Eve. The thermostate on the living room dosen't work
it will be at 65 all the time dosen't matter if
it is set at 70, no, it will stay at 65 no matter
what. Cool cabings ask us to take the trash
with us and to clean the dishes. I don't know
but if I am on vacation I spect these things
to be taking care by them not me. The pool
table is is a very insecure area located on the
second foolr, a ball almost hit some one
sitting on couch in the 1st floor. I am just bringing this for cool cabings to fix these things l, like this the next guest will have a better experience. A plus is that, cools
cabins will do their best to make you happy
in case something unexpectedly happen with
your reservations. They are very
professional and respectful even when I was
mad. Thank you cool cabins. We still have
fun no matter what. Merry christmas for everyone.

Best cabin ever, Best Christmas ever for my kids El Nido cabin has everything you need for you vacations we used the oven, grill, fireplace. The most important part is they have everything your kid needs and is super clean.

Loved the cabin super clean and cozy … but I picked my cabin only if it had a hot tub and unfortunately it never got passed 91 degrees and I was very disappointed cause that’s all I wanted was to relax in a HOT tub … other than that it was great

The company did a great job especially when I needed to check in a little early . The cabin was super cute , on the older side but still comfortable. I will be booking again!

Cabin was clean. Needs some updates.
Couches are a bit old and not very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Game room was great.

Remember that even though you purchase all of the extra insurances, to make any change on your reservation, there will be a fee of $75 added! On an already over priced cabin!

"Beautiful view but very outdated."

I recently rented a cabin from Big Bear Cool Cabins for the second time, and once again, their customer service and communication were excellent. The cabin was situated on the lake, offering a beautiful and spacious view. We enjoyed the pool table and the wide selection of games and puzzles available.

However, the cabin was quite outdated, and the pictures didn't reflect this. The outdated appearance made it feel less clean. The downstairs living room had only a futon, which was extremely dirty. The furniture, extra bedding, and kitchen were also outdated, and while there were kitchen utensils, everything felt old and mismatched.

One of the bedrooms had very high ceilings with cobwebs and a large window overlooking the deck and lake. The curtain was sheer and see-through, which was nice during the day but felt lacking in privacy at night and didn't block the morning sunlight, making it hard to sleep in.

Overall, while the location and amenities were great, the outdated cabin could use some updates to improve the overall experience.
