Something is going on at this company. I rented two dresses and paid but was informed via email a week later that they can’t fulfil the order and I could get store credit or refund.a month later I’m still waiting for the refund, and no response to my email. Have to dispute the transaction with my bank. Have not had any problems with them in the past but something weird going on there now. Avoid!!!

Bought over 1 month ago in their sale , purchased 3 items 2 we’re great 1 came without the belt , I emailed & they said they would refund, I sent the item back & they said they didn’t receive it so I sent them the tracking where it said it was received. They then said they had processed the refund this was over 1 month ago & still no refund after multiple emails, I am now going to contact fair trading

"Long time Glamcorner member and still enjoying it"
I am a long time member of Glamcorner. I love the idea of not purchasing any clothes and not contributing the fast fashion madness and still dressing up very high quality clothes. I have to go to work events often and don't have time for shopping centres. With Glamcorner membership, I get to try 3 clothes/brands every time and it is OK to make mistakes. just return and get 3 more :)

"Fantastic customer service team"
The garments I received were incredibly wrinkled and arrived in plastic packaging (like a plastic postage bag). One garment was linen, and one was satin (I didn't want to risk steaming or ironing them) plus, I think the garment should arrive 'ready to wear'. I contacted the customer care team with photos, and they happily refunded my money in full. I had an incredibly positive experience with GlamCorner and will use them again.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. Their "Customer Happiness team" is a joke. My order was addressed incorrectly and eventually it was returned to them by Australia Post. I contacted Glam Corner advising I needed the order for my daughter's formal in 3 weeks. All good. Still nothing. Contacted them again - what was the item? Won't answer the phone. Online chat redirects you to email them which takes on average 3 days to get back to you. Formal is in 2 days. Avoid them.

I have been a regular member of Glamcorner for over 2 years now and I just can't get enough. The quality of clothes is incredible (and I've had issues with other sites like The Volte) and the box turnaround is usually quick which leaves me barely without an outfit!! Love your work guys!

GlamCorner sustains my love of fashion by providing me with eclectic, quality choices that I may not necessarily purchase for my own wardrobe but would want to wear as a once off for an event or just because. The service is consistently excellent and what was a 3 month trial is now well and truly something I look forward to each month having been a customer for close to a year.

I have used this company a few times now, and I love it. Delivery has always been on time, and any time I have had questions I have received prompt replies. Such an easy service to use. Definitely recommend.
