I have been a GlamCorner member for 3 + years and still to this day love the service it provides. I've been able to hire items for weddings, work events, charity functions, for every event I could need. I always get compliments from my friends for my wardrobe even though I spend less money on clothes than I did before I signed up. Whilst there has been the occasional issue with an item, as soon as I message their customer service team they are so helpful and resolve the issue immediately to the best of their ability. I 100% recommend GlamCorner to all my friends!

I enjoy hiring from Glamcorner. I have used the site many times over the last several years and have not had a negative experience. My gowns always arrive on time and pretty as pictured. Honest reviews let you know if a dress is getting tired etc. and how the fit is which is helpful when choosing. I liked to hire rather than spend money on something I may only wear once - this is far more economical and sustainable. I will continue to use.

I am General Coordinator of Setre brand. Glamcorner is renting our designs since October 2022, but they still didn't pay us! I have sent many mails about this issue, but no one responds me! I think this company is not trustful.

STILL waiting for a refund as charged incorrectly by them.

I ordered dresses for try-on as I was dubious about whether styles would suit me, and this was handled easily and quickly!
Then, my dresses were shipped early as there were no other bookings (bonus I thought) and my try-on was voided (couldn't foresee an issue cos I had paid for try-on)
But no, when the dresses didn't suit and I asked for a refund the communication lines became dead and it was a mission, even though it was their warehouse sending dresses early that prevented me from using the try on service I had paid for.
Eventually they agreed to refund the dresses because a) their warehouse posted early, b) i paid for cancellation cover, and c) they voided my try-on by sending early. Anyway here I am 6 weeks later, no refund that they had agreed to, not store credit, barely a reply to an email anymore, and it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone. Really poor service on the other side of getting their sale $$!

Sadly I suspect this is a company at the end of its lifecycle that is unfairly milking customers for every dollar before it folds.
Got two very worn and tired dresses for an event that were honestly unwearable. When I returned them they said I had removed the tags (I hadn’t). Only when I told them I was a lawyer (because I am) I got a store credit (no thanks). Two other women I spoke to at the same wedding used the subscription service, noticed a drop quality 6 mths ago and had trouble with cancelling / were made to jump through lots of hoops. Both said they were still charged after cancelling and had to file a dispute, one said it’s still not resolved months later.

"Gone downhill recently"
I've had a subscription with glamcorner for 2+ years now. Agree with previous reviewers that something has changed recently. The last box, I was notified something was unavailable 2 days after I selected my items, which means I had to select something else, so received it probably 5-6 days after my initial order. Compared to my first box, I remember it came the next day! I'm happy to wait if I have purchased items online but if you're only hiring for a month, then 5-6 days is significant. Then my most recent box, same thing happened but it also arrived with one item missing. 'Customer Happiness' said oh that one is not suitable for hiring right now, but it was still up on the site? I'll give them one more month...
