Terrible decision to try and get a sweatshirt of my cat. The picture looked NOTHING like my cat. When I raised issue with it I was told it would be $10 to change it. It’s now $10 to get a refund. So I’m out money and didn’t get what I paid for.

To match outfits with my partner, I bought a custom hoodie from this company for $118 to receive it had been completed incorrectly. When I looked through the terms and conditions it said it could take up to 24 hours for a response, but instead it 10 days for them to respond, including us doing a follow up email. Due to the mistake on their behalf, I requested a refund and only received 50% back on the jumper, which didn’t include the cost for shipping. This took a total of 3 weeks to resolve and now I cannot match with my partner and am not happy at all.
