It has been 7 days and i haven’t received any updates/notice that it has been shipped. customer service is TERRIBLE and has only responded to one message and asked for my order number (which i never received).

As soon as the order was processed I received a text message of the details of the sweater and had option to change or add anything and also conformation of my shipping address. my order also arrived a day earlier which I always appreciate. will be using them again in the future...
