This is a company well worth doing business with. I odered 6 Nice remotes from them and they arrived very quickly with a every clear instruction sheet of how to encode them.
Originally I could not get them to encode . I rang the comepany close to their closing time and the kind receptionist asked me to send her a picture of the receiver to her and she would deal with it as quickly as she could. First thing in the morning I receivee her response. I followed her advise and successivly encoded 4 remotes from the receiver. I rang the reception again and got her colleague who advised me to try remote to remote encoding for the last 2 and to try them in 3 different poistions, and it worked. Brilliant customer service and backop . This company takes pride in helpingout their customers.
