"Not The Quality Promised"

Installers worked hard, not even stopping for a lunch break, cleaned up after each day, but did not appear to have enough time to carry out the work to the quality promised. Down pipes not fixed vertically or secured to the walls adequately. Hoppers not fixed to walls. Guttering not straight. Soffits not horizontal. Just lots of small problems that has left us disappointed. A manager has been out to view the problems and the installation team are due back to rectify.
More attention to detail is needed, Apple Home Improvements have even got our surname wrong when asking us to complete this survey!

"My new composite front door"

We used Apple because we have used them before, and we love the quality of their products. We had all of our windows replaced by Apple about 2 years ago and we have been very pleased with them. We live in a character house and Apple even got us "monkey tail" handles to make the windows even more appealing. Our new front door (fitted only last week) is lovely. Looks the part, matches the Windows and is really secure. We would definitely use Apple again and would highly recommend them

Good initial contact with sales, survey professional, installation on time with ex.team, all old work cleared and garden left completely cleared. Certainly top price but result ex.

"Good quality product"

Easy to organise, installation very quick, clean and tidy. Installer and salesmen very polite though wish the actual price was more upfront, first quote was a lot more than I ended up paying. Why isn't the pricing structure more transparent? Loved the quality of the product and very pleased with new front door and panel.

"bad workmanship"

bad workmanship and no offers to come and look at it, two and a half weeks and not a word from the office

"Conservatory"

We are very happy with the service provided by Apple. From the initial consultation through to completion we received expert guidance on what was available and a full itinerary advising us when the work would take place. Also, calls after each visit to check that the work had been carried out to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time and we are delighted with our conservatory. Mr & Mrs Hodges

"High Quality final product and great fitters."

Certainly not the cheapest but high quality components and took our concerns and inputs seriously and considerately.

Had to chase to get things going and the build took a while longer than estimate but very happy with the final product, fitter even sourced reclaimed roof tiles to fit in with the current roof.

Overall highly recommended, for 5 stars just need to improve the flow from order to build, and slightly more competitive pricing wouldn't hurt.

"Definite improvement"

Apple salesman helped us make a decision on cladding our extension , without any hard selling. Workmen who did the cladding ,worked extremely hard and left the garden very clean and tidy.

"High quality products professionally fitted by a friendly team."

Our new double glazing and doors were fitted with the minimum of fuss. Any mess was cleared up promptly and the job was completed on time. The installers were friendly people who obviously took pride in their work.

"Window Installation"

The installation team were great. Quick efficent and no mess left. Only niggle I had was with the booking and whether the job would take one or two days
