"Guttering and fascia"

I chose this company for the great looking weatherboard. My two dormer windows were looking rather ragged and needed something good looking. I didn't want ordinary horrid plastic so was delighted that an almost perfect colour match was possible with the weatherboard.
I also had the entire house guttering done. A minor niggle after the fit was sorted and I am pleased with the result.
The fitters were great, no mess and very pleasant.

We have had extensive home improvement by Apple,this has included
all the double units (all bar and boors and patio doors. The work was naturally carried out on a number of occasions. Further we have had som roof insulation and roof work carried.

I can say that both my wife and I are fully satisfied with.all the work carried out and the level of good humoured nature of a he fitters. All areas were fully cleared.up on completion of the work
after sales to make minor corrections ( small scratch on a window sill and dropped boor level.

I was very impressed by the way the whole package was dealt with, from the sales team, right the way through to the finished product. My new roof on the conservatory is brilliant, and the guys were very professional.

"Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy"

Apple agreed to complete work at our property in 12 days. In fact it took them 4 months to complete the work. This included 6 weeks where they left scaffolding up, preventing us from accessing our garden. They fitted blue glass to our conservatory then failed to cover it when fitting our weatherboard meaning the glass was covered in chunks of brick, screws and discarded cigarette butts. Our conservatory was left in this state for 6 weeks.

During the work I wasted 5 days holiday waiting for Apple fitters to arrive for scheduled work only for them to not show up. There was no advanced warning from customer service. I repeatedly called customer service for an update on work and was promised a call back the same day only to be left high and dry with no return call.

We found some of the fitters to be very good. The initial conservatory fitters (husband and wife team) were very professional however the majority of the Apple fitters we were sent were not fit for the job, more interested in smoking and drinking energy drinks than completing the work to a reasonable standard. The surveyors they sent us did a token effort which led to problems later in the process.

My wife was pregnant whilst the work was being completed by Apple. They promised the work would be completed quickly and efficiently to alleviate any stress. They failed to come close to meeting this promise and the work was still on-going when my wife went into labour.

To add insult to injury towards the end of the process they threatened my 74 year old father in law with legal action if we didn't sign off on the work immediately. Even though they were still fixing the leaky glass they had re-fitted to our conservatory.

Needless to say we won't be using Apple again, the stress, broken promises, shoddy workmanship and poor communication aren't worth it.
