"Three Times a Winner"

I have used Apple Home Improvements on three separate occasions for door, porch and fascia/soffit/guttering installations. Their work has been of a consistently high standard and their staff both courteous and most helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

"Excellent Product"

I purchased a Front Door and the product was excellent. The fitter was polite, and very tidy. He worked hard to ensure the door was fitted correctly and talked me through how the locking mechanism worked. My fitting was delayed by one day due to staff illness, however I was informed immediately and an alternative date agreed, with a % reduction offered on any new order for the inconvenience. Customer Service was very good.

They installed a conservatory in difficult conditions , but were excellent in the erection very tidy, and the end product was fantastic we then had them back to supply and install a new front door would highly recommend this company to any person looking to enhance their property

"Windows"

From start to finish we were given full details of what was going to happen in the process of installing two front windows on our property. With price what windows would be needed for our needs. Installation was done with ease and no mess. Pleased with the finished and would recommend.

"Horrible experience from start to finish"

The whole experience of dealing with Apple was terrible from start to end. Firstly the salesperson who came around was very pushy indeed. I think that I should have acted on my caution at the time but regardless I went ahead with the purchase of a window.

Then came the installation and this was a catalogue of errors. The first occasion the fitter simply failed to show up; a wasted day off work and no contact at the start of the day to let us know he/she wouldn't be coming.

The second visit the window was installed but the fitter managed to break the glass installing it leading to yes, a third visit.

On the third visit the window was finally installed but three visits to fit one window and nothing by way of apology from the company for inconvenience caused.

A very expensive (overpriced) operator who are pushy and then utterly incompetent when it comes to fitting.

My advice, avoid at all costs.

Yes I have just had Weatherboards fitted to the front of my house and oh boy what a grand job they have done,

They carefully considered the structural inadequacies of the building during the installation of window and doors and insured a good weather seal. They cleaned and swept up after themselves and left no mess. They answered all my questions and allayed all my concerns.
