Good service, easy process. The teams we had on installation were all great, we had a big team arrive due to the job in hand. Headed up by John and Dan. All were friendly and worked hard to complete the job. Given we replaced original stained glass windows we were very worried about how it would all look. The house looks amazing and we are very pleased. There are a few outstanding points that we are waiting to hear on. That for me will be the telling sign of the customer journey / service in which apple offer.

We have used Apple before for our front windows which were fine.Also we had a new front door from them which was guaranteed for 10 years - but when the lock went wrong after several years we were told it didnt include the lock, so we had to pay a locksmith. Then they put a new roof on our conservatory. Unfortunately there were various snagging problems with that and we found it difficult to contact anyone to get it put right, but it was eventually sorted. So when we wanted a couple of back windows replaced we were a little hesitant to go ahead. The salesman, Sean, apologised about the lock and allowed for it in the new quote. Initially Apple rang to change the date of installation for the back windows.. But the back windows are now installed and we are very pleased with them. The two fitters John and Dan were very helpful and did the job efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. They deserve 5 stars but we have downgraded Apple as a whole to 4 stars due to previous difficulties.

"Waste of time"
I had a consoltaton a few weeks ago. Was told by the rep that the design of conservatory I needed would have to be designed in office and he would email a quote to me imminently.
Still waiting now for the quote. Very dissappointed that still a few weeks on, no contact at all.

Kevin & Thomas have done a very good job and have been very polite and helpful in every way, I could recommend them to any person at anytime, they have left our house very clean and tidy, thank you both. My wife says they are lovely lads.

would like to say thank you to Kevin and Thomas for fitting my doors and windows. They were polite, friendly and tidied up after themselves and they carried out an excellent job considering there were a couple of issues like the front door came the wrong way round, but the boys got it sorted, taking glass out of my bedroom windows on just a ladder, which they should of had at least a tower or scaffolding bearing in mind we had a couple of windy days. this job should of been a 4 day job and not 3 , but this was not the fitters problem.

I would like to thank Kevin and Thomas for the service they provided. Prompt arrival very polite and well spoken. They didn't stop from start to finish of the job. Very happy with my door and windows. They are a very good and a hard working team.

Jamie and Danny the fitters were very polite and did a good job. They were however often later arriving than they said they would. That being said they were nice to have around and were very good with the family dog!
On the other hand Apple as a company has been very hard to deal with. They do not respond to complaints, they often do not answer their phones or their emails and do not communicate at all well. It seems as though they have a policy of ignoring a problem and hoping it will go away!
Due to a massive error on their behalf with the start date of our build being delayed 2 months we almost cancelled the job. (A deal was struck to stop us doing so ....)
So Jamie and Danny get 4/5 whilst Apple get 1/5 (their conservatory was a nice build once finished!)

"Absolutely the worst service and…"
Absolutely the worst service and support I have ever experienced. Four months and they are unable to complete a simple patio roof 3 m X 5,4 m.
Ever ongoing saga with a faceless company since 9 July 2018 when the deposit was paid and contract signed. It is now the end of October 2018 and the work is still not complete.
Managers and the big kahuna, Mr. Scott Hill are nowhere to be found, staff may not supply telephone numbers of email addresses. I managed to convince someone in the accounts department to supply a name to me, then emailed Mr. Scott Hill - no response from him either.
Time line:
9 July 2018, contract signed and deposit paid. Two months later, on 30 August 2018 - First incorrect installation and Final payment of £6,813.00. (Huge mistake from my side to make payment).
18 September 2018 - First effort to normalise the installation.
12 October - Second effort to normalisation installation.
Then nothing, no response to emails, being stonewalled by call center staff.
Now been promised that they will complete the work by the 7th of November 2018.
9 July till 7 November, let's see. I also informed them that during the last effort, they bent the front beam of the roof.
I find that they:
Do not allow time for proper planning;
There is no material QA or confirming that the correct material goes to site;
Insufficient measurement tools, incorrect measurement and no checks, even had to lend them a set square and a 8 m tape measure; they chip concrete up with screw drivers
Blame game, pleading innocence, finger pointing, false promises and a disappointed customer;
Return and attempt to "fix" the installation at 18:00 after working on another new installation for the whole day, again without ensuring that all material required is on site;
Second attempt to "fix" the installation also failed due to again not having the correct material on site;
Just promises and apologies.

Y2189104 Jamie and danny are two very friendly,knowledgeable and polite installers. They kept us updated on their progress at all times.They were quite prepared to go the extra mile on what proved to be rather a tricky job.
