Awesome flooring for an amazing price. I've installed many types of flooring, and LVP in general. This is by far the best, strongest tongue and groove system out there. It's durable and looks beautiful too.

We installed the Nakan signature product and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The floors are beautiful and compliment our space perfectly. But what puts our experience over the top is the exceptional customer service we received at all stages of our purchase. Flooret answered all of our questions and made the buying process seamless. Even when we made some changes that resulted in an emergency reorder, Flooret went the extra mile to get our order out within hours to the shipping company and we received it within days. Highly recommend Flooret to anyone looking for the best in flooring.

"Great Product, even better Customer Service"

The quality of the product and pricing is second to none. We looked at "cheaper" options, but the cheapest option was more expensive and less quality than Flooret's base product. To top it off, the customer service at Flooret is TOP-NOTCH! I don't have many issues, but as a non-profit, we have to submit other documents from time to time. Every time, they are so very helpful and friendly. It's like they actually WANT my business! :)

My Nakan Signature Flooring was delivered quickly. The material is far and above the industry standard. The patterns alternate more than normal brands. The locking system is superior.

Lastly, I had an issue with some of my order and Flooret customer services went above and beyond to help me fix it. I will be looking to use Flooret for future projects and would highly recommend them for all of these reasons.

"Full house LVP from Flooret"

I was interested in LVP, found Flooret, bought samples. I was impressed by the substantial feel of the signature line and having a 40 mil wear layer. We are building a retirement home, have a dog, and never want to have to address flooring again. We decided to do entire house in Ashford Signature. Had a pro do the install. He had no complaints about the product and his approach with sanding all seams on subfloor gave a perfectly smooth base. I am typically a do it yourselfer but for this house, I've been mostly hands off, looking to get it done in shortest time possible for a full custom build. We had 2150 sqft installed. I was completely happy with the interactions with Flooret and they look great, we'll just have to see on the durability. Very quiet to walk on. I will say that I see complaints about delivery. All I can say is those folkds did not do their due diligence. Flooret site has detailed info on curbside delivery including videos. It is a typical scenario for LTL trucking (less than full load ... semi-truck with your order mixed with others). You need to have a way to get from curbside to your house. For me, that was 1500 ft away and 3 pallets totaling 5000 lbs. I have a tractor with forks, so no problem. If you don't have, then you need to set up someone to do that for you. Freight carriers always call to set up a delivery date/time.

We installed Flooret - Tilden Craftsman in our kitchen in February. It looks beautiful and is holding up well. Our kitchen is our main entry so it is receiving significant use. It cleans up easily. We just purchased more to continue the look through the living room.

"I have never done vinal planks before"

I have never done vinal planks before. The only thing that I think would have made my experience better is if the planks were 4 feet in length. My floor has come out beautiful. Thank you for making this product. You are an all around top notch company.

"Modin Samples"

I've ordered samples three times from Flooret. (Decisions are hard!) Each time, the samples have shipped quickly and been elegantly packed and presented. The floors themselves seem to be high quality. I was able to scratch the 40 mil wear layer with a pair of kitchen sheers, but barely -- it took a lot of pressure and the scratch was almost invisible. Submerging the samples in water overnight provided empirical proof that they are fully waterproof as well.
