After spending lots of time studying LVP, Flooret was at of the top of the list of what I wanted in quality of product and appearance.

"We love the flooring BUT "

We love the flooring and so does our installer. I ordered the same flooring for our entire house, but nearly half of what Flooret delivered was the wrong product. Which we didn’t discover until part of the way through installation. We made the tough decision to keep what was delivered and use it on a different level of the house, and luckily we had enough. The alternative was to wait weeks for replacement flooring and reschedule with our installer, which also meant weeks more in a motel. Flooret blamed me for not spotting the problem at delivery and only gave us a 10% refund. I wasn’t happy with their attitude nor their quality control, which they admitted they needed to improve. So buyer beware. Order early and check it right away.
On the other hand Krista, who helped me later with my return of leftover flooring, was helpful, patient, and followed up quickly. She was the best part of the whole process!

I've installed several LVP floors in different homes. This product by far was the best. Arrived in excellent condition, and yes the quality and locking system is far superior to big box stores. However I had to wait about 2 months after ordering it- it comes from overseas. I did a bulk order one month and decided to order a couple extra boxes in a separate order. The planks in the new boxes did not lock onto the planks from a bulk order. It was quite the ordeal figuring out the problem and trying to solve. Always order in bulk...enough during the first order to get you through the entire project.

Customer service is outstanding.i have a very specific situation trying to fit flooring. Mike is very responsive to emails. Twice now he's right on the ball. I have a beautiful lato signature floor. Just beautiful and very good quality.

I am so impressed with this company and my floors! We did a total kitchen remodel with walls being opened up. The samples impressed my flooring guy (45 yrs selling/servicing flooring of all types). Installed last week and we are in love! My husband wasn’t sure (he loves tile) but even he is impressed! Not a single broken/damaged piece!

"Excellent product and service."

The Flooret LVP is a really solid product. Whereas most other manufacturers will repeat with little variation, the Flooret planks stagger and flip patterns so you are less likely to get exact repeats. We went with the Soho Base, and we're really pleased with the aesthetics. In addition, I had some additional compatibility issues with different runs/batches ordered, but customer service was able to assist and resolve without further issues. The experience left me very satisfied.

I have another project where I used TrafficMaster laminate flooring, and when I will inevitably have to replace that floor, I will aim to use Flooret instead—the upfront cost makes up for the labor and time you'll have to invest with any other product.

Referencing some reviews that I see here, I did observe some mild separation, but unpacking and letting the flooring sit out should help mitigate that issue (it is vinyl after all).

I've installed several floating floors from laminate to LVP. This was by far the best quality. Very realistic and very little loss of product due to breakage. Love my floor!

First of all, their vinyl plank floors are top of the line and gorgeous, and truly look as close to real wood as possible. So worth it to upgrade to these premium floors. Second, their customer service is unparalleled- Ive never had such friendly, patient, and cheerful support. Will absolutely be working with Flooret again.

"Great LVP option"

I chose Flooret Signature floors because they seemed like a competitively priced option in the higher end LVP market. The product is aesthetic and made with a stone core. It also has a 40 mil wear layer which is thicker than the more common 20 mil wear layer that other quality LVP products use. I also like that the backer material was more of a rubberized material rather than cork. The locking system can be finicky it tight places like thinner atrips along walls or under 1 to 2 door jams. If you run your planks WITH a door, I recommend removing your door trim so you can drop it straight down, rather than trying to angle or bend the plank into place.
