Absolutely horrible customer experience. Rude emails, refusal to believe that the item they sent me is oversized even though they promised it would be true to size (I had to send pictures and now they’re ignoring me), and refusal to make it a fair exchanges (not allowing for returns, credit, price matching - turns out there are jackets in other platforms for almost $200 cheaper), etc. So disappointing. I’d recommend going with another online retailer / curator like ShopBop, the actual brand website, Saks, net a porter, etc… (better customer service and shopping experience).

I had contacted customer service, to arrange my order to be shipped USPS to Canada to avoid paying custom broker fees that are always charge by the big name couriers like FedEX, UPS, and DHL. I was told that it could be arranged but the next day I receive an e-mail with an UPS tracking number for my order. I could see it had not picked up yet so I quickly e-mailed to ask to change this immediately. Customer service e-mailed back to apologize and that they will correct it this mistake. Unfortunately, it was too late as UPS had picked up order and it was en route. I ended paying and extra $10 for brokerage fees, but customer service quickly e-mailed to issue me $15 credit for their mistake and assured me that this mistake will not happen again. That is what I call great customer service!
