I have a deep passion for small/sustainable fashion labels, however I live just below the Arctic Circle in Northern Canada and we don’t have many clothing stores. So the customer service of this company is top-notch! Unfortunately the product I bought didn’t appear as the picture showed it, but when I brought that to her attention, they immediately agreed to send a shipping label for me to return it. Their response to my emails were almost split second fast. Weak Customer Service has been a major problem during Covid, these people have figured it out. Well done!
