"Purchased item no longer in stock…twice"

Placed an order during Black Friday sales for a pair of pants from one site and coordinating top from another site since it was out of stock at the site with the pants. Garnentory emailed me 2 days later that the pants were out of stock so I basically missed out on sale prices elsewhere. I’ve only ordered twice from Garmentory and it happened with my first order as well for earrings I believe. That time, they gave me a $10 credit, which was appreciated.
They have nice stuff and love supporting independent sellers, they just need to figure out how to make their inventory system more accurate as both my Garmentory experiences have ended in disappointment and cost me additional money by having to purchase full price after sale prices ended. Wishing them success but won’t be taking the risk again for the time being.

I love Garmentory!! I've discovered a ton of cool shops and designers on this site. I can always find something that I've never seen before and everything I've purchased has been super well made. Every time I've had to return something, the process has been easy. I like that there is a pay-for-return option even on a final sale item. The staff was also super helpful when I needed to exchange a final sale item for a different size. I pretty much only shop through Garmentory when I buy online now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I plead with anyone not to buy here!! You have to pay UK duty then this company claim you have not paid and your parcel has been ‘abandoned’. I have lost £1500 and they refuse to refund. It is a SCAM company!!

I have been singing Garmentory's praises for a while now, and for so many good reasons: they make contacting shops for small fit/sizing/etc. questions so easy; all of my sizes and preferences are saved; such a wealth of options in all price points; returns are breezy; amazing sales; great newsletters and shopping guides--which I never typically care about. Whenever anybody asks me where I bought anything I'm wearing I don't even have to think about it. I just say "Garmentory."
