"Buyer beware"

Buyer beware! This company will not return merchandise. If you pay through pay pal they will make you drop your dispute claim promising to refund you. I returned my items in accordance to their return policy, now they have their merchandise back and kept my payment. They are great at taking your money but not refunding it. Please read BBB reviews. Several complaints

Pretty disappointed by the returns service. I bought a sweater for $170 as a gift and by the time she had tried it on and looked at returning it the 7-day window for returns had closed.

Why such a short window for premium items?

Seems like a bit of a scam. Put me off buying anything from them again.
