In all that time we have never had real cause for complaint, ( only thing I can remember was one case had a couple of bottles that were a bit below par but they were speedily and willingly replaced). I really appreciate the consistently good quality and wide choice offered. Our advisor is approachable, friendly and above all, their product knowledge is extensive and honest. Takes all the risk out of buying on line and adds to our confidence in trying new wines- it’s a bit like having our own sommelier!😄
