The product was great and customer service answered my questions pretty quickly.
My only problem was that when I initially placed my order, I didn't see anything informing me that I would need to sign up for an account in order to get tracking information. When I was emailed my order confirmation, it told me I SHOULD have signed up for an account...but was too late at that point. Unfortunately that coincided with you guys being on a Monday+Tuesday holiday (that I didn't know you had) so I got absolutely no response to my "Can you send me tracking info?" query--and no idea WHY--until Wednesday. That was frustrating.
On Wednesday I did get the info, so all the other parts of the equation were great. Sadly, it could have easily been a "5 star" review.
